Phenomenon
When you encounter Planewide Disaster, destroy all creatures (then planeswalk away from this phenomenon.)

Why are the planes so destructible? Who really just casts a spell that destroys all creatures? Hydrogen bomb an area on a plane? And why are all the planes doing it? What have the planes become?!
