Nothing in this game is degenerate or completely dominant. They haven't banned anything in standard in a long, long time. Hell they should have banned affinity right away, but they didn't until boxed sales collapsed too. Hasbro had to come in and fire people.
I'll enjoy watching all the whiners eat crow monday.
Not too shabby. A good mix of limited cards. The runebinder seems like it could be nuts.

Never before has a boy wanted more...zombie slaying.
Tragic Slip seems constructed playable to me. It generally does almost the same thing as Wring Flesh in anycase with much higher upside if you turn morbid on.
Skirsdag Flayer seems like it will be nuts in Limited. B/W humans was a decent archetype in triple ISD, and this card gives you huge incentive to go that direction. Even if you go with just U/B though there's still lots of humans you can throw at problem creatures.
Falkenrath Torturer: Fodder. Don't care for the card in general. I guess, if you get a bunch of Humans, it's playable as a 23rd, but probably not.
Skirsdag Flayer: Playable in limited, just because he can sac himself. With a good amount of humans, becomes quite the bomb and demands removal.
Talons of Falkenrath: Hey, Firebreathing with Flash? Big old meh here, last-pick almost always.
Executioner's Hood: Cute, but not very reliable. I wouldn't bother with this in limited unless I had a bunch of colorless creatures or something.
Gravetiller Wurm: Now here's a nice fatty for limited. 4/4 Trample for 6 is pretty playable, and the fact that you can turn it into an 8/8 off Morbid puts this as a really high pick.
Heckling Fiends: I don't see the effect mattering that much. Alluring Siren had its moments, so I can see it being a random thorn, but not a high pick or even an auto include.
Heavy Mattock: Pump equipment is playable in limited as a rule. But this one seems overcosted by 1 on one of the ends. 2/2 would have been fine here, I think.
Headless Skaab: big-toughness guys are always useful in such a combat-oriented setting, but I think I still like Makeshift Mauler better.
Tragic Slip: This strikes me as a very early pick. Can knock off some annoying early guys, and kills whatever, including Indestructible, later. I think this card has Constructed potential.
Havengul Runebinder: U/B Zombies will love this card in draft, though he doesn't play nice with Skaabs. Still a solid first-pick in a weaker pack though.
Runebinder is...interesting. Comparing it to Cemetery Reaper, he doesn't seem that impressive to me. He's slower, has a more intensive (and expensive) mana cost and activation cost, only works with your graveyard and doesn't have the benefit of being a Zombie himself, which means a lot of the awesome Zombie-interaction spells don't work with him.
I think Tragic Slip is the real winner here. The rest are just typical (bad and uninteresting) filler.
On the Heavy Mattock: Was making a worse Vulshok Morningstar really necessary? I realize it may be mainly for flavor, but still. Costs one more to throw out and the same to equip.

Tragic Slip is obviously the best card in there, followed closely by Gather the Townsfolk and Forge Devil. Those are the only ones that would be constructed playable. In Draft, I think that I would pick the Blue rare, since it can spawn tokens easily, but know that the person to my left will think I'm signalling black is extremely wide open. That could easily be the best removal in the set.
