I think we can glean some information now about the Innistrad intro packs. If we look at the link here, at the top, nex to the box, we can see that there is a B/G deck of some kind at the black, and the deck at the front features Angel Of Flight Alabaster as the foil. From the B/G deck, we might guess that these could all be enemy colour decks, to go with the new duals.
Does anyone else have more info?
B/G deck
U/R deck W or W/U or W/B deck, with Angel of Flight Alabaster
G or G/W or G/U deck
R or R/G or R/W deck, with Falkenrath Marauders
...that's really not a lot to go on.
The deck in bold is probably WU, considering:
1. Angel of Flight Alabaster, Spirits, Spirits in WU.
2. Decks are supposed to be reflective of the allied colour combinations (but that may or may not be the case if there truly is a BG and RU deck). In any case, Spirits are supposedly aplenty in white and blue, and it doesn't make much sense to include Angel of Flight Alabaster in the other colours.
Agh, no. There really are BG and RU decks.
Edit 2: Could the deck with Falkenrath Marauders be a BR Vampire-themed/rich deck?
^^ Sounds very possible and convincing. It would get across all of the themes.
But there is the possibility (knowing wizards) they will probably try to cash in on the enemy duals duals with new players as well to make them buy Innistrad boosters to support their Intro decks. It is still possible for a mix though, i.e. MBS had 3 enemy pairs, and 1 allied pair.
That foil Angel is beautiful. Would've liked it better without such an awkward name, but the illustration is awesome enough.
I thought it was awkward too, but "Flight Alabaster" is probably a place.
Anyway, my friend totally called the Falkenreth Marauders being in an intro deck, I'll have to tell him! (Although I REALLY wish we actually knew what the card did)
If there were a deck centred around Human Werewolves/Werewolves, it would most probably be a RG deck and, given the scarcity of Werewolves, it wouldn't be particularly focussed on Werewolves as much as it would be Werewolves plus many other cards. It's unlikely that the deck would have both R and G Werewolf rares (in fact, I doubt that Mayor of Whatsitsname would be a rare, as it's some sort of promo) and more than, say, three copies of the common Werewolves and two of the uncommon Werewolves.
If anything, and keep your eyes peeled for it, Werewolves or flipped will be sprinkled in some of the decks (unlikely) or one deck (more likely but, again, sprinkled).
... then again, it's wicked difficult for, you know, newer players who may or may not be the targeted consumers for these intro packs. (I don't know about this but I'll hazard that predominantly newer players buy these.)
I doubt that a DFC deck will appear. of course, you always get a booster with Intro packs, which will give you 1 DFC anyway. Intro decks are there to (gasp!) INTRODUCE new players. A complicated mechanic like Transform is best in the booster for opening "when you are ready."
At first I was shocked that there wasn't going to just be one deck for each tribe. But then I remembered that Innistrad is not actually a tribal set. The angel almost definitely confirms a WU ghost deck unless there's a significant presence of black spirits. But I'm sure there will be two or three decks for graveyard mechanics, too. This explains the enemy colors.
^^ Seems even more unlikely. Event deck are supposed to contain "Many 4-of's of powerful commons and uncommons." The only common/uncommon that would be applicable here would be Moonmist, unless they wanted to trash booster sales by giving half of the key mechanic's cards easily in decks. Overall, they would have a hard time making a decent deck that would sell out of a DFC tribe.
On the rare lands topic, Wizards haven't done it before to my knowledge. There are lots of rare lands in the Event decks, however.

Supposed to, but there's usually one Event Deck that is really good and then one that makes you go "Haha oh wow, the other deck will eat this one alive/is worth like 3x as much." I could see a Werewolf deck on par with the Illusion deck or one of the Infect decks. If all the werewolves end up terrible they could always throw in a power R/G rare from M12 or Scars block like they did with Goblin Guide for the Besieged deck. Maybe Grim Lavamancer, it's a human that could get pumped by the Mayor.
Another reason for the lack of a Werewolf Introdeck is also that if they put multiple werewolves in the deck they'd also have to include several checklist cards, which could be a collation issue. IDK That's even leaving aside the issues with giving Newbs DSCs with little to no foreknowledge of how they're to be used, as some other people have already stated.

I doubt they'd want to overload newer players by creating a Werewolf theme deck and throwing a bunch of checklist cards and DFC's at them. Also worth considering, is that there's only 20 DFC in the entire set if I recall MaRo's article correctly, not all of which are Werewolves. So, to make a theme deck that makes much sense they'd have to over-saturate it with Werewolf DFC cards since they play off of one another, meaning they'd be using a good chunk of the relatively few Werewolves in the set to do so. That wouldn't leave much to chase after outside the theme deck except for a few rares. It honestly would make more sense than not if they didn't make a Werewolf theme deck.
I doubt there will be no werewolf intro deck at all. If it's not in ISD it will certainly be in DKA or the third set, when players have had more exposure to the DFC mechanic.

Well, I didn't mean for the entire block exactly, but I'd agree on one in the second or third set. This would also mean a bigger DFC card pool to pull from if they make a theme deck for them as well as more exposure to them like you said

Personally, I think they'll make an R/G event deck that utilizes some of the most powerful werewolves, but isn't just "toss a bunch of werewolves into a pile and call it a deck" like so many (nonthinking) people are doing.
Also, moonmist is... bad. Unless we get something that almost literally says "You win the game when this card is transformed" (and not even Instigator Gang is powerful enough, even though it becomes an 8/x trampler and gives your team +3 attack), moonmist won't see competitive play, except in a few tournaments as a surprise card (at which point its supporters will say "Look! A deck using it won a tournament!" completely ignoring the context of it being a card valued for its surprise and not because it's actually good; but that's what happens when people for get they have brains, they stop thinking).
Thank you for reading my random cynicism mixed in with valid discussion. I should probably sleep soon.

Plus most are rare or uncommon and an expected reason to sell packs. If they just give you a deck full of them it'll hurt sales.

I'd actually buy an Intro Pack if they had one like that.
I am disappoint.
