Graveyard Shovel. ...Now that is awesome flavor. I love the plant with prot. from zombie cancer.
This is the set for flavor. Real, delicious flavor on a scale unseen in Magic since its inception in Alpha. Even if it didn't have actually well-designed cards, INN would still seriously be downright fun for that.
Ice Age/Alliances had really good flavor. Even if the cards are bad, looking at them, seeing the art, the flavor text, the mechanics . . . it evokes a world really well!
Furor of the BittenR
Enchantment - Aura (C)
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 and attacks each turn if able.
Cheap pump that can be hard to get rid of means it'll be great in limited. It could even be constructed worthy based on its cost if paired with the right vamps or werewolves. You could make the noble a 3/3 on turn 2, a 4/4 after he gets in some damage...

I am usually posting from my phone. I will usually be brief and there may be typos.
12/1/2004: Yes, you're allowed to have a deck consisting of sixty Relentless Rats and nothing else.
So Mogis is in the middle of a guitar solo, and then Phenax jumps in with
"I like big butts and I cannot lie..."

Graveyard shovel could end up being a really good card if graveyard hate becomes needed, which it is lookign like it will.
Nope. Doesn't target the one you want, they get to choose. So its more useful for recycling your own deaders into life, since your opponent will just pop off some worthless non-flashbacker
Don't worry, Bludgeon Brawl has your back. Slap it on a creature and disem-trowel your opponents.
Ba-dum-ching! Nice, and true, there is always Bludgeon Brawl. I smell a moronic casual deck brewing in the sewer system of my brain...

These are mostly limited fodder. A shame about the Markov vampire, what a taint to Sorin's name
The Furor would've been nice had it not boost the power of the creature. But then again, slapping this on Bloodcrazed Neonate obviously isn't a bad idea.
The Shovel is ok against a mostly empty grave, but other than that... meh.
So, no decent Counterspell or Removal so far.
I'm starting to get worried...
as soon as I saw naturalize spoiled, I just assumed cancel would be in as well.
And, atleast for limited, corpse lunge and brimstone volley are solid removal. Volley might even make it to constructed

A lie is a lie if everyone believes it. The truth is the truth if no one does.
Grave Bramble - Plants vs Zombies???
Graveyard Shovel - so this is the shovel from Mirrodin.
People are commenting on Thunder Spirit because it's on the Reserve List, and is a perfect example of why that list is a failure.

I hope it has some sort of "attack its weak point for massive damage" as flavor text.
Pretty sure the flavor is that you're consuming the flesh of the dead creature for sustenance. I mean, what else you gonna do with all that meat?
