I really hope we see more aggressive blue cards. Blue's creatures are really really weak and I like the aggressive costs for good beater. Bear seems good in drafts.

I just want people who redraft to admit this:
"I can't draft objectively unless I am able to guarantee that I receive at least 3 rares. I am also better than most average/new players so I want to make sure that I get the best rares and they end up with worse ones. I care more about the monetary value of cards than actually playing the game for decent prizes."
All cards that we already knew from the other thread, but it's nice to have names/art. Also, this doesn't confirm Titans in M12 at all...wish people would stop saying that.
EDIT: Had we seen the booster pack art yet? Seems to confirm new art for the Lorwyn PWs (and a random blue thing sphinx)

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
Im not so sure that is. its possible, but when in recent years has Wizards printed a card for the first time with one art, commission a promo art for it, then commission a new art for it in the next core set all in the course of about a year?
The random blue thing is a sphinx. You can see it's wings. There is no chance titans are getting reprinted, at all. Just like JTMS isn't getting reprinted. No chance. Stop saying it.

If your opponent lets you get a 5CC Planeswalker out and doesn't provide an answer to it before 4 or 5 uses, you're either goldfishing or your opponent is my cat, and probably asleep. ~ Chaotix
Just because the Titans are promos, doesnt mean they will be in M12. It also doesnt mean they arnt in it. People need to stop speculating about it.

It's not speculation. They won't reprint 10-11 mythics in a set. It's not possible.

I doubt it. If you look at the titans' expansion symbol, you do not see M12. Also most of the year while M11 was in standard, if you didn't play a titan, it was most likely you were going to lose. I can foresee them getting out of the '6/6's for 6 that trump all other creatures' standard. This is what happens when they 'tone down' standard.

Haven't we learned in this game never to say never? We certainly didn't expect Sol Ring to appear in the Commander sets. We certainly never thought we'd see Meddling Mage and Nantuko Shade reprinted (LOL).
Frankly it's not far fethced at all to see why Titans will be back. Seems like it would make sense to give a two year run for any Core Set power mythic. I think Baneslayer is gone for the exact same reason.
I don't really think that the turn difference between Master Decoy/Blinding Mage and this guy is all that much of a difference. Core Sets have had a common guy with ":symw:, :symtap:: Tap target creature" since 8th edition. The only break is 10th Edition, which had Loxodon Mystic at 5 mana.
The fact is that unlike Blinding Mage, Prodigal Pyromancer also at uncommon trumps these. If they print something like Sparkmage Apprentice, even better.
In any case, it also means you can stall your opponent more since allowing ONE creature through means you get bloodthirst, and the opponent might be tapping your 1/1s down instead of letting them through, fearing a big bloodthirsty dude.
Good new soldiers will be great for my Darien, King of Kjeldor Commander dekc that I just built. I like how they feature that same whip-thing that Gideon uses, cool visual continuity.
I'm glad there are more people with level heads than there are saying "WOW -- Gideon's Lawkeeper at common is NUTS! WOAHHH!"
... there seem to be anyway.
As mentioned, we've seen this guy before in Goldmeadow Harrier, and that wasn't insane. Good sure (what "Decoy" isn't?), but not insane.
And this guy is worse than Blinding Mage. Coming down a turn earlier is hardly relevant, but its 1 toughness certainly is.
You could occasionally keep a 1/1 guy out with Blinding Mage the turn you play him because of his 2 toughness. Also, in M10 their Sparkmage Apprentice to follow up your Stormfront Pegasus was always a huge beating... it'd be even worse if it was your Decoy being shot down, and I'm sure there will be a couple cheap common spells that deal single damage or give -1/-1 plus some value.

Goldmeadow Harrier was at the same rarity. Granted Lorwyn limited is different but a cheap, common tapper in white isn't unheard of.
