I don't have any hard numbers on this, but I'm targeted more often than a black guy driving a beat-up sedan with a broken tail-light and no license plate, and Cy's well aware of that.
Milling is usually bad, but milling for 10 turns your creature into a 5-turn clock minimum. And the 2/2 wolf can play defense or even pick up the sword himself. I approve.
Sword of Body and Mind 3
Artifact - Equipment
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from blue and green.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage put the top ten cards of target player's library into his or her graveyard and put a 2/2 green wolf creature token into play.
Equip 3
This is fairly meh, I was really hoping for card draw and multiple 1/1 tokens...
I like the sword, mainly for the protection all of these green heavy metas popping up.
The wolf is just gravy.
Sunburst is disappointing as returning mechanic, as it means more multi-color support, which I was hoping we'd leave for a bit. (Not to say there will be multi-color cards, I just don't want them encouraging insane multi-color again for a while.)
I would have much rather seen Morph, Poisonous, or Transmute as returning mechanics.

Central New York gamers: Convene at Mind Games, in Oneida, at the "Papa" Pete Phillips gaming room.
I'm the idiot who spammed wikipedia adding the 120 scar cards crap that people started making fake purple cards with. I dun goof'd.
Ironically, this would actually make sense if the next block had six colors in it.
But let's think about sunburst, though. It's an interesting choice immediately after the "Lands matter"/"Play colorless" bifurcated block; it encourages you to play multicolor without actually using multicolor cards. We may not be able to skimp on tuning mana bases even if the majority of cards in our decks are a greyish-silver slurry of colorless, artifacts and lands.

If your signature takes up more lines than your actual post does, you should fix one or both of them.
I kind of like Sunburst. We all know what happened with Modular lasttime. I actually like Sunburst; as Intentionally Wrong said, it gives colorless artifacts actual color, and allows you to make cards with cool interactions with the number of +1/+1 counters on them.
If you realistically think, "ok, when it hits the field it will be 3x the Lacerator in p/t majority of the game." you can assume it's better than it. what about cost though? "one B?!?!? no f!@#ing wey." This is where you should replace those lacerators with a death's shadow.
I doubt we're getting Sunburst so soon after Alara block. People are still kinda tired of "color matters" sets. Modular would make a load of sense given the artifacts included in M11, but I'm thinking we're going to see Imprint brought back. Maybe with some interaction with emblems.

The point of emblems is that nothing interacts with them.

Casual
It's a delicious chump blocker for after your fatty swings with the sword.
And if someone nukes your fatty you just equip your sword to your new wolf and do it again with your 4/4 next turn.
The thing must have some sort of muzzle attachment for wolves to use it.

Sunburst just... didn't we already do sunburst in an artifact set? Isn't Sunburst 2.0 going to play the same exact way?
Oh well. Would rather have Loxodon Warhammer back.
