Wow, this is going to destroy quite a few cards. Goodbye Sun Titan (What a ☺☺☺☺ing waste), Knight of the Reliquary, Vengevine, Bloodghast, Emeria Sky Ruin, etc. etc.
Black have a bunch of graveyard removal in standard already: haunting Echoes, Bokuja Bog, Suffer the Past.... That card ins't going to be played at all... Maybe in some sideboards against vengevine.
Yes, you are right, but I don't particularly like how much this hard-counters certain strategies. Seems lazy on Wizards part. Now every deck is going to be playing these and destroy enchantment cards. Not exciting having to fill up critical card space for these. I suppose they could go in sideboard, but you would have a very good chance of losing the first match if you did that. Bleh...not exciting whatsoever.
Well, if everyone starts running these, then the popularity of Vengevine, Sun Titan, etc. will go down, which means there will be fewer Leylines of the Void played, which means more Vengevines etc. will be played, and so on until a balance is found.
I once farted during the final match for prizes at an FNM. It was a tense moment, everything was quiet, control vs control, I was about to mana leak, thought about it.. and farted. Then mana leaked.

My point exactly, also, in peoples never ending quest to break the meta-game they will become tired of this balancing act and start building rogue decks, provided no-one actually does break the meta-game then this too will enter into the "balancing act" leading to a more diverse meta-game.
Beating vengevine and bloodghast seem pretty solid but this will drop the price like a rock.....this core set will sell just as good as M10 I think with BSA and nantuko shade getting reprinted, along with leyline of the void a vintage staple and used kind of often in legacy. The art is good IMO but not as good as the last art IMO and the last art is harder to get once the market gets flooded with these.

You had your week of fame, when you were one of the most fun standard decks I'd ever played. Then Spreading Seas became popular and you started to cry yourself to sleep. We should have noticed then... but we didn't even notice the cuts on your wrists after Tectonic Edge came out...

Yeah, every deck that uses the graveyard for some purpose or another is now hosed, no one will play these decks anymore, because there is no such thing as enchantment remova....oh wait.
Finally a dredgevine hoser. The deck was just too powerful.

I'm a huge fan of Vengevine decks and this doesn't scare me at all. The Leylines will only be useful as four-ofs, to maximize the chances of getting one in your opening hand. If decks like Jund start siding in four of these against NLB, then that's better for me.
By the way, I hear there are some pretty decent answers to Leylines in white.

They're are also answers in green. Naturalize, Back to nature, Mold Shambler. Being most green decks run naturalize in side board, should not be too much of a problem

Yea, those are MTG Bars. What can I say, I am a dork
The eldrazi get shuffled when they hit the graveyard. Layline makes it so nothing ever hits the graveyard, so they are gone.
This card combos brokenly with helm of obidence. helm puts cards in the GY till you put a critter there or X cards.
10/1/2008: If an effect like that of Leyline of the Void prevents cards from being put into your opponent's graveyard, the process described in the first sentence of Helm of Obedience's effect will never stop. Your opponent's entire library will be exiled, even if X is 1.

..I'm still one who's hoping for enemy duals.
This will definitely drop the price on the secondary market like a stone.

I know, neither am I. It just seems funny that they reprinted one card in a cycle of five.
