I agree about this bring used with Oran-Rief. I sincerely believe this will see play.
Who knows, if someone gets a starting hand with this baby and two oran riefs, they might even want to drop it turn three. This interaction should be enough for those nay-sayers who say this is too slow. Also, elvish archdruid often feels useless when you have nothing to use all that mana on. Paying 7 mana for a 4/4 is fine when that mana would normally not get used at all.

decent card but fairly boring, yet another elf lord, woohoo...
ok, but I think that people need to tone down their praise a bit
this is clearly a great, versatile card, but calling it overpowered, broken, the savior of elves, etc etc is waaay too much
warcaller + oran rief is a synergy, not a combo
and I'm quite sure that this card doesn't really fit into eldrazi, where many of your creatures are not elves but ants, stags, beasts, etc
I have the feeling that GW elves might turn out pretty good, but lets save our analysis for after 50 or so cards are spoiled, k?
I'm going to go out on a limb here, and suggest playing Joraga Warcaller with Cradle of Vitality in a G/W lifegain deck running Baneslayer as support with perhaps Behemoth Sledge attached for good measure. What becomes the bigger threat? If they play removal on your Warcaller, you could always just shift Equipment to Baneslayer, and beef it every time it deals damage for a simple 1W and end it the old fashioned way, swinging over their head. If they remove Baneslayer, you still punch through with some beefy Elves. What say the jury?
Isn't this just promo art? Also, that's foil, so all the weird colors show up in a scan. I'm sure the real card will look great. If not, he's not going in my deck. Elves thrive on beauty remember.

I did a tiny bit of testing with proxies, and I can assure you that this card works in eldrazi green. I managed to end up in one really drawn out game with the deck and finished by finally punching through by one extra point of damage thanks to the warcaller I had double kicked+vastwooded. It ended up buffing three other elves I had in play at the time.

I've tested this card in my Legacy Elves deck, and as a 3-of it can be a house. I've had him drop on turn 3 to give +4/+4 to all my elves, then morph and flip a Tribal Forcemage for the win. He seems really solid, but nothing to write home over. He sucks in a lot of situations too. I'm gonna keep testing him, hoping that he presents himself more often.

I edit my posts a lot after submitting them. Deal with it.
Red green elves is going to be retardedly good. Playtested quite a bit with friends and the Warcaller is stupid good. I wouldnt be surprised if he got to $10+ even $15. Hes basically the missing link to the deck, and now it can easily go toe to toe with jund and such. Red Green elves tier 1 here we come.

I combine Joraga Warcaller with Oran rief, so yes it is a combo. A combo with great synergy even.
Undeniably.
Even if the promo art is not good, the real art is nice. I really like it. You can see it here http://www.wizards.com/magic/tcg/article.aspx?x=mtg/tcg/worldwake/spoiler.
