Highlights: Death's Shadow: * Death's Shadow's ability applies only while Death's Shadow is on the battlefield. In all other zones, its power and toughness are 13. * If your life total is less than 0 and an effect (such as the one from an opponent's Abyssal Persecutor) is keeping you from losing the game, Death's Shadow's ability will actually increase its power and toughness. For example, if your life total is -2, Death's Shadow gets +2/+2.
Eye of Ugin Legendary Land Colorless Eldrazi spells you cast cost {2} less to cast. {7}, {T}: Search your library for a colorless creature card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library. * Eye of Ugin doesn't have a mana ability. * Eldrazi is a creature type that, as of the _Worldwake_ release, has not yet been printed on any creatures. Raging Ravine: * Each time you activate Raging Ravine's last ability, it gains an instance of the triggered ability "Whenever this creature attacks, put a +1/+1 counter on it." For example, if you activate the last ability twice and then attack with Raging Ravine, both of the triggered abilities it gained will trigger. It will get a total of two +1/+1 counters.
Walking Atlas {2} Artifact Creature -- Construct 1/1 {T}: You may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield. * The word "artifact" was inadvertently omitted from Walking Atlas's type line. The card has received errata to correct this omission; it is an artifact creature.

Nice to confirm.
Nemesis Trap also received minor errata. You put a token, not a creature token - relevant with that many manlands around.

I rolled 5 D6's and got 3 fours. They must have changed the odds of getting a 4!

Someone's losing their job at WOTC...
But, seriously, how did this happen? They don't do test runs or anything? No one noticed anything until they were done printing?

Everything I know is a lie. This seems like one of those things Magic's rules would stop, but it doesn't.

It does seem odd. Wizards of recent has had pretty good QC over things like this. I know of other CCGs that having printing errors (some constantly in every set), but usually Magic is pretty spot on.
Death's Shadow immediately becomes a much more sought-after card. Bound to be a casual favorite.

Quality is down recently, in all aspects of the printing process. From errors like this (and Mindless Null having the wrong mana cost printed) to offset borders, smudges, ink runs, crimping, faded cards, damaged cards making it into boosters, and more. I'm not sure what's up but it's not good. When I open 20 boxes and 3 of them have all the rares with bent corners, which I can't sell on my site, that cuts into profits (if there are any :p).

This is news to me. So two negatives really do make a positive. I guess I was expecting this to be like "signed arithmetic" in DnD, where "a penalty" equal to "a modifier" is always negative or zero, and the reverse for "a bonus".
Has there really not been a mechanic like Death's Shadow 's before?

You talk as if misprints were unheard of. They just got rarer.
Heck, in Portuguese 7ed, Duress was named Coercion. Missing a type in the type line is a minor thing next to that.
I can't think of a set that had a misprint this big in a long time. Mindless Null doesn't count because that mistake happened before the cards went to print. IIRC it went like this:
WOTC employee #1: "Mindless Null, 1B, 2/2, can only block if you have a vampire."
WOTC employee #2: "Sounds great."
*Time passing*
WOTC employee #1: "Hey, WOTC employee #3, do you have that list of Zen cards?"
WOTC employee #3: "Got it right here!"
WOTC employee #1: "Hmm, Mindless Null should be 1B, not 2B."
WOTC employee #3: "Oh you're right. But wouldn't it be funny if we just left it like that!"
WOTC employee #1: "LOL YEAH! Let's do it, just for kicks!"

The last real setting/templating error was a few years back, in Saviors of Kamigawa, when Oboro Envoy had "until end of turn" left off of it. Mindless Null's mana cost was "accidentally" put at 2B, but the accidental change was noticed and accepted by the dev team long, long before final templating or anything. (See Latest Developments; the dev chatter makes no sense at all if Mindless Null was supposed to have a cost of 1B or something.) The last (and possibly only) widespread printing error (affecting many cards) was the grayed-out text box mana symbols in Mirrodin Block.
Were they? That would explain why it persisted across multiple sets, but it still doesn't make a lot of sense. I've always heard that it was printing difficulties. (It would be a really strange thing to do on purpose.)
While we're talking about printing error, how about Erayo, Soratami Ascendant, and, more importantly Erayo's Essence, within the rules, that did nothing as printed.

It was on purpose. They didn't think it would be possible for them to print the colored symbols in the text box of the new card frame.
