The latin word Clamare is the root of not just clamour but also claim.
How does Nature's Claim sound? We've got one instance in the orb.
edit: nath'd I think Falknir's got it with perhaps the exception of exiling
So, if I play a land like Tectonic Edge,
and then play a #18 (Rest for the Weary),
and then you lose 4 life, and then you lose an artifact like Hedron Rover
it would be exactly the same as if you've just wasted 1 and desroyed your artifact with #108 (Nature's Claim)
Nature's Claim G

Destroy target artifact or enchantment. Its controller gains 4 life.

Claim hits 1 in orb (Russian name is literally Nature's Ambitions, Claim being the closest one I've found in Orb). And its etymology is:
Middle English, from Anglo-French claimer, clamer, from Latin clamare to cry out, shout
Lettuce is Darksteel indeed, #78 of it being Nourish. 2 Nourishes is 12 life for 4 mana, just like playing Rest for the Weary, land, and another Rest for the Weary (18 + L + 18).

I'm not a big fan of revealing cards as riddles, but I must say that this is the most stupid riddle I have ever read. Even now when you have tried to explain it I don't understand all of it (where does the enchantment part come in? What does "A" mean?), and the parts I do get is in practice impossible to solve.

And yet the 2nd guess in the thread is almost a correct one:
So does this mean that if you play land and then card #18 (in other words gain 8 life) and then lose 4 life (netting total of 4 life), then you destroy artifact. And if from this we reduce 1 (could be one mana) and #108 we get nothing, so my guess is
Natures ~ G
instant
Destroy target artifact, you gain 4 life.
So, may be a problem is not with a riddle? As for the enchantment part it was added later in the thread, when people have understood the puzzle's principle.
The answer is always 42 no matter what. Now you know the answer to life the universe and every thing as confirmed by google.

Nature's Claim is like Swords to Plowshares for everything non-creature. I am betting this will see play almost everywhere, since the 4 life is usually negated when you play an aggro build.

Everyone knows that good luck and good game are such insincere terms that any man who does not connect his right hook with the offender's jaw on the very utterance of such a phrase is no man I would consider as such.
Is Nature's Claim "exile target artifact or enchantment, its controller gains 4 life" or "destroy target artifact or enchantment, its controller gains 4 life"?
The spoiler has destroy, but this thread appears to say exile

Target player sacrifices a noncreature permanent and gains 4 life.
GG Nature's Claymore
Instant
Destroy target artifact or enchantment.
Landfall - If you played a land this turn you gain 6 life.
L - 4♥ - A = 127
But, I doubt that is it.
(L + 18) - 4♥ - A - (1 + 108) = 0
(L + 18) - 4♥ -18 = 0
(1 + 108) ≠ 109
18 ≠ R
L ≠ 50
2 × 78 of Lettuces = 18 + L + 18 ≠ L + 2 × 18
(L + 18) - 4♥ - A - (1 + 108) = 0
-or-
(L + 18) - 4♥ - A = (1 + 108)

Oh wait, was there a little bonus in this post?
It seems I was wrong, and too late in my speculation.

The Rover. 2/2 with landfall +2/+2 for 4. Hedron Scrabbler's big brother.
It's spelt "ridiculous", people, not "rediculous" - get a dictionary or perhaps a better education.
Hedron Rover 4
Artifact Creature - Construct
Landfall -- Hedron Rover gets +2/+2 until end of turn.
???
My Russian isn't all that good. Ok, I admit, it's bad.
The card is nice, though.
But you can find other Russian cards and compare their texts with Hedron Rover's. That would be a mini puzzle for you
