I like it. I would guess that this is the UB counterpart to Celestial Colonade, but with the merfolk in the foreground and the giant jellyfish, it doesn't seem like this is something that would turn into a creature.
Have a helicopter drop you off out front. Light your cigar with a small Indonesian boy holding a black lotus. Then bust out a craw wurm deck with no sleeves. Raw dog shuffle, loose terribly, flip the table, leave in a hovercraft.
I do not think that it is a man-land, due to the fact that Celestial Colonnade has a generic name. This one uses Halimar, a plane-specific location, in its name. It is probably a representative of another set of lands, probably rare.

Is it just me or does the symbol in the upper middle of the card (on top of the building) look like the Golgari symbol from Ravnica block?
I'd agree with DanoLefourbe, it's jsut you. The Golgari crest is a spider/bug surrounded by 2 snakes. The thing in Halimar Depths looks like an idol of a kraken like creature/Eldrazi or something with a face and lots of tentacles.
If this is the man land then maybe its like dark depths and maybe it spawns the creature in the set thats 13/13 as the orb has a hit for something with that power and toughness
actually upon further inspection this looks like a shrine for a eldrasi. all the hedrons the massive alignment of worldwake symbols together with the gomazoa looking creatures make me think that thing in the middle is a eldrasi current entombed. we have only seen one other possible tome and we easily know there could be more. this just smacks of "shrine of evil power" type stuff to me
i think it will be a land based on how zoomed out the art is and because there is essentially nothing happening in the picture. i would love it to be a land that mills (based on the association with the mill ally) and that makes sense design-wise with making lands into spells. might mill when it etb, but i say an activation cost like duskmantle, house of shadow
As much as I'd like it to be a land, I get the feeling that it might just be a new quest.
The Orb confirmed the existence of Quests in WWK, and the art definitely fits. The name isn't very "quest-y", though.
