The Zendikon cycle has "It's still a land." on them as well. Dread Statuary makes 11. So that only leaves 1 instance unaccounted for.
I'm guessing that the final "still" is used on a Living Lands/Rude Awakening style card. Lands you control are 2/2 creatures that are still lands, etc.

Spirit would be unnessary, anyway, being that vampires are undead like zombies.
There's some doubt as to how exactly that works in Zendikar. For example, Bloodghast is a Vampire Spirit. I don't know if that's just a flavor fail, though.
Really irrelevant, since Ruin Ghost is the spirit in the set.

as it "it's still a land"...as in manlands...
My best guess is an uncommon enemy colored manland cycle, to balance the Refuges of Zendikar?

Yeah, i've forget it... So, the Bloodchief (becaus he IS a bloodchief, according to the Anowon stoyline) is just a Vampire.
