I really don't like the first one, it's waaaay too human/kithkin-y for my taste. The worm is great art, very nasty The Elelmental from Call the Skybreaker is really WTF!-ish looking, but it's a nice spin on what we were all probably expecting - a giant thing made of lightning. The Spirit's.... a new concept of the creature type. I sort of like it abstract like that. The beast and Bird are very well done, especially the Beast.
And of course, the Goat..... Very well done. Great art by Nielsen
the spirit still gets bonus for being reminiscent of a celtic knot
... and gets 2... the bird and the beast... you know fable of wolf and owl...
the eventide version of wheel of sun and moon...
I can't wait to make a deck of names that are silly...

Most of those are terrific, the only two I don';t like are the Goblin and the
Spirit. I don't like this whole human-looking Goblin thing Eventide is doing, and the Spirit looks ridiculous, but the others, the Goat and the Elemental in particular look great.
I honestly don't like the Goat all that much, I'm sketching up my own to use instead. The spirit is terrible. I LOVE the Beast tokens tho, so much better then Lorwyns.

"To them, I said, the truth would be literally nothing but the shadows of the images." -Plato's The Republic, Book VII
EXCEPT IT HAS EVASION AND COUNTS YOUR OPPONENTS CREATURES AS WELL AS YOUR OWN AND CREATURE TOKENS WTF DEAR GOD! DO YOU NOT SEEEEEE THE SHENANIGANS THIS GUY IS ABOUT TO UNLOAD ON YOUR FACE? NANTUKO HUSK IS ALL LIKE "LOL MEET MY BFF JILL!" ALL THE DEVOUR CREATURES ARE LIKE "LOLOLOLOLOL"
I absolutely LOVE the Elemental token.... It's so awesome-looking Forget the Demigods; This is more majestic than those mere half-gods (although maybe it'll be much better if it looks like something other than Chthulu :D)
As for the Goat token, nice to see it, but why do I have the feeling that it looks more like a weregoat?
Man, they all sucked. Ever since the Lowyrn tokens, they have all sucked. Why can't they make any quality tokens like that of 10E? Isn't it just easier to just pick one good artist and have him/her do all the tokens? Well, at least the goat is pretty redeeming.
I am usually a big Terrese Nielsen fan, but that goat head looks like cow with the wrong kind of horns on it, and the body looks like a really hairy human sasqautch thingy..

I love how the sprinkjack has this 'bring-it-byatches' expression on its face despite the fact that it's a 0/1 (and is basically sacrificial).
Looking at these tokens makes me wonder if the majority of the WotC artists haven't heard of reference pics. :/ With the internet, there's no excuse for badly drawn creatures, unless the artist in question was really crunching towards a deadline.
The Worm, Goat, and Beast are amazing. The Call the Skybreaker for some reason, looks like it could fit in the palm of your hand, and the weird shading on the head gives the impression that it's not connected to the rest of the body.
The Owl art makes me want to cry. xP

didn't see these up, so I thought I'd post them.

Friend, artist, magic player, but most of all, Polar Bear God. We'll miss you, buddy
The Kamigawa one looked like a saproling. The Shadowmoor one is just a white streak, and this one is a symmetrical pattern of fog.
Give me a ghost, god damn it...

But yeah thanks for the post.
Feel free to bid on my cards here!
gotta love the Goat

I think it should have been Orbs, because that's where the entire concept of ball spirits comes from - Irish folklore. What's this set based on?
Irish folklore.
Still, bonus points for trying something new

Thanks to spiderboy4 for the great avatar and sig from High Light Studios!
I laughed harder than I should've when I scrolled down below the goat and saw that.

Still prefer the Lorwyn Beasts but the rest are pretty great. Wow yet another Goblin token...
