Oh my, the Riftsweeper will, along with that Nix, end Suspend's life.......
Or help with Flashback....
Utopia Mycon looks good. Granted, it's a very slow mana maker, but has the potential to be FREE mana makers And a 1 drop too, as we're so badly lacking of one-drops of fungus
anti suspend green guy is nice
utopia mycoon makes saprolings mana acceleration/fixing. interesting.

“Game over,” Lursen said. “Demon’s Horn.”
Demon’s Horn has a reputation in multiplayer games, Lursen said.“Usually if somebody in multiplayer plays a Demon’s Horn, we all just immediately attack that person, because he’s going to win,” Lursen said.
(if real/accurate)
The fungus is nice - another 1cc saproling generator! Not to mention the fact that it allows tokens to turn into mana. "Utopia" seems to be synonymous with "mana of any colour" lately. Speaking of card names, I'm still angry they didn't name Pallid Mycoderm "Pallid Thallid". In any case, I think all mushrooms in Magic are funny.
The Elf is alright, but imo it doesn't do enough. In a deck that wants a creature, it's a grizzly bear, nothing more. In a deck that wants to use it for its ability, it costs too much, and the useless 2/2 is tacked on for no reason. If it was an instant for :symg:, the latter might care. If it was a 4/3 for ::symg: :symg:, the former might care. As is, I don't know of any deck that both needs an efficient 2nd turn creature AND needs to restock an RFG'd card at the same time. Which makes this limited fodder, unless suspend becomes hugely constructed playable and decks need another anti-suspend card.
LMAO @ Pallid Thallid. Now that would have been something!
I am a little upset they are going with Mycon/Mycoderm for these cards. What happened to all the thallids?
And yeah, Utopia is definitely mana of any colour, see Utopia Tree, Utopia Vow, Utopia Sprawl. The last one is admittedly less versatile compared to say Fertile Ground, but it also costs less.

True, but you never know, after Ravnica rotates out, suspend cards will likely be played in higher numbers. At the very least I would expect stuff like Greater Gargadon and Aeon Chronicler to be played more. And don't forget that Lotus Bloom is also a suspend card, currently used in Dragonstorm. MGA would refuse this guy, since it could shore up the Dragonstorm matchup (given that the Dragonstorm deck is certainly faster than MGA with Lotus Bloom).
As for the other card...I dunno. On its own, it can only accel you 1 mana every 3 turns, and its vulnerable as a 0/2. Besides, a fungus deck would really only be G/x (probably w/b), so you don't need that much color fixing. Still, I'll concede that its certainly a better first turn play than Thallid.
