Just to clarify: Premature Burial isa sorcery. It is listed as a sorcery/instant, but it is clearly a sorcery.
Good work everyone who helped to decrypt the cards. I enjoyed it very much, it doesn't happen to me lately to be in the middle of the fun when the new rumors come.

We have confirmation on 15 card booster packs so any purple cards have to replace a normal card. This may mean that they wil replace a card that shares a rarity with them, like Daru Sanctifier replacing a common and Akroma replacing a rare. Also, any purple cards in 15 card boosters have to be legal in Limited, otherwise draft pods would be mightly screwed and if they are legal in limited they have no reason to be illegal in Standard.
Edit: Dragon was faster...
Technically if they're a BONUS rarity if they figure out a way to mask the extra card they could insert them easily enough into a 15 card pack....
i.e. they could have a checklist or rules insert dummy card in the 16th slot that they don't count normally, and a bonus card in its slot sometimes. Always annoyed me how many of those rules inserts I got back in the day myself - would've loved a decent portion of them being something usable.
I don't know if anyone pointed this out yet... but Evil Eye of Orms-by-Gore has errata to make it "Non-Eye creatures you control can't attack" instead of horrible "Except for creatures named Evil Eye of Orms-by-Gore, creatures you control can't attack."
"If I do go to heaven, I'll smack god across the face and tell him to get me a grilled-cheeses sandwhich and then say 'Yea what now god!? Say some'in! I dare you!' "
If they make the print run for the reprints so that there's a rare every, say, 6th card (something like common, uncommon, common, rare, common, uncommon), then the packs could have 6 regular commons, a run of 6 reprints that will always include 1 rare and two uncommons, two other uncommons, and 1 regular rare.
What?! Look at the initial post; he is dead. Deceased. Kaputt. Indefinitely horizontal. In mafia games, you see, people are occasionally "killed off," and when that sad event occurs, he or she is no longer allowed to post, on account of rigor mortis and what-have-you.
'Welcome to Mafia Salvation', it said, 'Population: 3,660.' And someone, they never figured out who, had painted on the sign in red letters: '1,831 to lynch.'
Don´t you see the booster packs shots? I can read perfectly 15!!!
I recall perfectly that Legends packs quoted their number in the pack as well - but had a "free" insert card extra with rules text.
And I recall chucking hundreds of those in the garbage considering them a complete waste of cardboard barring a few copies I stashed for rules disputes/clarification.
There has been precedent for having more than the listed pieces of cardboard in a pack already - there just hasn't been precedent of having them be USABLE cardboard, although being called a BONUS rarity its not out of the realm of reason.
And the reason why the old face makes sense in what Aaron said in his article that they only used mechanics from sets pre-mirrodin, so making the reprints uniform with old frames would make sense as well. I believe in PC and FS we will see only new frame reprints, where the number of reprints in the small set would equal around 121

I remain very doubtful. Purple cards seem unlikely.
Old border? trash made up from the seller because he couldn't get them in the newer type in the pictures.
And is it just me, or does that picture of one of the 'remakes' look completely and utterly fake.
This is just like that other fake thing, which i can't remember.
Well that was an unexpected way to get cards revealed. I am sure the people at wizards are having a fit right about now.
First of all if these are real why the old card frame? It doesn't make sense because if it was for nostalgia or whatever then how come they didn't also use the old frame for Coldsnap?
Sengir Autocrat, I guess Mark wasn't kidding when he said "the return of Homelands".
None of those susposed reprints really aren't all the interesting. Not to mention having second collector's number and all of that crap really just makes the whole thing seem kind of stupid. For a set that is supposed to be all about the "best" of magic it is really starting to become kind of cheesy. I might go to the pre-release but if the set keeps going on like it has been I might not buy anything after that.

Also, as I said somewhere else (I can't remember where atm). They aren't considering the 121 to be part of time spiral, so why do they have to account for them in the packs? This whole purple rarity thing is a crazy new thing, who knows what they're gonna do?
And the reason why the old face makes sense in what Aaron said in his article that they only used mechanics from sets pre-mirrodin, so making the reprints uniform with old frames would make sense as well. Of course, if FS uses pre-prints rather than re-prints, it might show a new card frame scheduled to debut with 10th edition...

Right, so he just had a completely mint copy of evil eye of orms-by-gore lying around and then expertly photoshopped that card to make the inking appear more modern than the original legends print.
And then tried to sell a card that doesn't exist on ebay.
Clearly this is the most plausable explanation.
But these were not cards in terms of Magic, so when a booster says 15 cards you get 15 cards. It has been stated many times that making a 16 card booster pack would only cause problems with drafts...
And it was said ON THESE VERY FORUMS that Snow-covered lands would be allowed to be added as standard basics for CSP drafts or that the snow-covered mechanic would be completely worthless in it - and the first was proven wrong with a special ruling exception being stated for CSP drafts, and pretty sure most will agree the latter is proving wrong as well with the metagame warping around the set and specifically the mechanic.
Who's to say a couple weeks down the pipe when TS is about to release you see a wizards ruling about TS drafts stating that bonus cards cannot be used in limited - or that we find out that there's an equal number of bonus cards in every pack beyond the listed number on the pack. (And if they were going to say a card couldn't be used in limited - wouldn't you pick an obvious color that few people are color blind to, i.e. PURPLE?)
And under no circumstance in the producer of a product obligated to tell you the precise quantity of product you are purchasing, they only are obligated to tell you a number equal to or LESS THAN. (Hell, working in the grocery management I know this FAR FAR too well... little factoid - most groceries don't charge you for the first 2-3 oz of a weighed product you purchase to put the margin of error always in the customers favor)
(Truth or Tale)
It's an instant, and uncommon. The mana cost is either :1mana::symu:, :2mana::symu:, or
The number on the mana cost seems the same as the one on Wipe Away (?), so - if French version isn't wrong this once too - it should be 1, and it look weird just to scan/photo issues...
What makes me believe these are true is the fact that most probably a guy who is in conditions to make fakes of this level should visit this forum, in order to know the purple expansion symbol theory. If that was so, i see no reason to post it on ebay instead of posting it here or sending it to some user, why risking to have your precious and juicy fake unseen?
OR, he is smart and knew this reasoning would come up... Meh, i'll stick with the first

if these are reprints with the purple expan symbol why use the old borders and look at the copywrite date it looks like 2004 . Wouldnt they update that ?????notice that the bottom of the card is blurry ??? why is that the rest looks ok
What we're doing here is akin to taking the text of Moby Dick, locating specific words therein, rearranging them to create a passage from Fight Club, and concluding from this evidence that Tyler Durden is based on Ahab.
Read the entire thread before posting in it. If you don't, and you say something that has been said or explained already, your post will be deleted and you may get an infraction. I've just deleted about 60 posts from this thread, and will be on the lookout or more. Please - we are trying to keep this thread legible. Think and read before you add to it.
Feste, the pictures from the auction were already posted, so I removed your post. Thanks anyway.
As for "16 card packs" - no. We have pictures of TS packs that say "15 cards". Please stop suggesting that there are 16 cards in the packs.
Lastly, no, don't ask for the link to the auction. The Rumor Mill doesn't condone advertising. If you want to find the auction, do it yourself, we won't/can't stop you.

I'd like to note something about Truth or Tale: you stack the cards on the bottom or top of your library IN ANY ORDER.
It can be quite powerful, given how your deck might have 4 of every card, making it highly probable to get doubles, and you can smooth your next draws very easily. That ability might prove *very* powerful. It's a mega-scrye.

Oh well. I'm just so disappointed with the purple-symbol cards. I was looking forward to reprints in the new frame. Half my anticipation for Time Spiral just waned off.
I do hope they are extremely rare, in case I buy any boosters, so I don't have to pull them.

Is it just me or is magus of the jar the most broken card since skull clamp. It even has the same cmc as the original jar and that had to be baned before it was released. The only drawback this card has is that it has summoning sickness and could be removed more easily. To compensate it has a 3/3 body attached. I think this migt have been a mistake.
