Someone claiming to be associated with a company somewhere in the production process (I can't verify this and I haven't dealt with this source before) emailed me these cards from an anonymous source. The wording seems okay to me at first glance but I really can't verify anything else about them. I'm about 50/50 right now. I emailed back but I don't know if I'll get a reply.
I've formatted them so they look pretty, but left the wordings as they were.
Master Warcraft -
Instant (R) (:symrw: can be paid with either or :symw:)
Play Master Warcraft only before attackers are declared.
You choose which creatures attack this turn. You choose how each creature blocks this turn.
Root-Kin Ally - 4GG
Creature - Elemental Warrior (U)
Convoke (Each creature you tap while playing this spell reduces its cost by or by one mana of that creature's color.)
Tap two untapped creatures you control: Root-Kin Ally gets +2/+2 until end of turn.
3/3
Leashling - 6
Artifact Creature - Golem (U)
Put a card in your hand on top of your library: Return Leashling to its owner's hand.
3/3
Halcyon Glaze - 1UU
Enchantment (U)
Whenever you play a creature spell, Halcyon Glaze becomes a 4/4 Illusion creature with flying until end of turn. It's still an enchantment.
Zephyr Spirit - 4U
Creature - Spirit (C)
When Zephyr Spirit blocks, return it to its owner's hand.
0/6
Dromad Purebred - 4W
Creature - Beast (C)
Whenever Dromad Purebred is dealt damage, you gain 1 life.
1/5
Surge of Zeal - R
Instant (C)
Radiance - Target creature and each other creature that shares a color with it gain haste until end of turn.
Woohoo... cool cards. The master looks like a cool card and the green one is nice. The blue card is nice, I've always loved enchantments that turn into creatures.... they always seem so flavorful to me.
Edit: Gah beat by a matter of seconds to the first post.
So, okay after the the pre-combat main phase. Both players pass, am I correct in saying the player whose turn it is announces the attack phase and then u play master of warcraft?
Cos if u play it earlier, and its not ur turn ur opponent could just say no attack phase this turn?
Am I correct cos, I am a bit vague on the combat-phase jiggy wiggy...
Maybe this reality is actually an alternate reality of a reality in which New Phyrexia was the joke expansion and Mirrodin Pure was the obvious expansion, except our reality is the Time Shifted reality which is opposite of that other reality which is that actual reality.
What's the point in making the spirit 0/6 if it ostensibly isn't going to be taking damage? Why not give it 3 or 4 toughness and cost it a little more favorably?
I dunno, something doesnt seem right. They just seem...i dunnno nothing really to encorage color pairs other then like 2 or 3 cards.
Yeah, they do seem off somehow, but I dunno if I'm calling BS just yet.
Edit: If it's real, Master Warcraft could be a bomb trick in limited. 4 mana lets all your creatures through, or lets you tap down all his creatures and block them favorably to set up an all-out attack for the next turn.

Every phase/step happens even if the player has no actions for that phase/step, unless a card causes the player to skip that phase/step.
300.1. A turn consists of five phases, in this order: beginning, precombat main, combat, postcombat main, and end. Each of these phases takes place every turn, even if nothing happens during the phase. The beginning, combat, and end phases are further broken down into steps, which proceed in order.
Very interesting R_E, I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of this info, true or false all in due time.
these are all pretty meh, nothing interesting enough to be definetely false, but nothing bold enough to make me say true.
I'm not sure if this deserves it, but I'll do it anyway: GOGO Ravnica! It's all about those crazy sources that give us info, and don't quite explain themselves, baby!
B) It's a good thing that I don't put any stock at all into this new unidentified and mysterious source, because it continues the current Ravnica trend of Green getting mad screwed.
What's the deal with Radience? Doesn't it remind you of Sweep, that mechanic that wasn't really a mechanic? And didn't someone from Wizards say that they wouldn't print those kind of abilities again?

Well, it isn't taking any COMBAT damage, that's for sure. give it 3 toughness, and yamabushi's flame takes care of your pesky recurring blocker. Give it 4 and barrel-down sokenzan takes it out. It's given 6 so that you can comfortably pay :4mana::symu: for a 6 toughness creature that can block for you until you draw your big-guns[for limited of course].
Anyway, i like the cards, although I'm a bit stubborn to believe it yet. Until something comes clear though, I will call it real!

Excited for M13 Limited? What do you think the format will look like? Head over to the limited forum and let us know what you think.
I'm skeptical. These cards have weird, non-WotC-y names: "Halcyon Glaze"? "Master Warcraft"? (That one's really awkward.) None of them (except the first) interact with guild colors at all -- they're all mono-colored spells without bleed, off-color costs, etc. They're also all pretty bad.
On the other hand, Leashling is the kind of weird, pointless card Wizards loves to make, and that's a good, clear reminder text for Convoke.

Well we already know the mechanic is true so I guess they lied
Actually, the "ability words" (so far, Channel and Sweep), are fine - what was said by MaRo here was that, in retrospect, Sweep was unnecessary - the point of the ability words is so people (and other cards) can collectively refer to mechanics which are, for instance, all worded slightly differently (in the case of Sweep, different land types; for Channel, the different channel effects). However, Sweep was only on four cards, and no other cards referred to it, so it was therefore unnecessary.
And yes, I reckon Radiance will be an ability word.

Nope. They just introduced those kinds of abilities in Saviors, after explaining during Unhinged previews that Gotcha! proved to them how they were necessary (and how they would've used them for Spiritcraft if they'd thought of it early enough.)
No, all Maro actually said was that they wouldn't do a keyword as pointless and narrow as Sweep again. Sweep only appeared on four cards and did something that really didn't need to be tied together by a common word, since it wasn't very interesting. Channel, however, seems to have been more or less a success. So, definitely expect to see more such mechanics pop up in the future. I'd be disappointed if Radiance really is one (I was hoping for something a little more exciting than just targeted effects that hit whole colors of creatures) but.

I thought about all that, it just seems to me like a card you might want out earlier rather than later (to help keep counters off of Jittes, for one.) By the time you've got 5 or 6 mana, there are better creatures to play, unless you really are just trying to stall the game. Whatever. Blue's not really my gig, so it doesn't matter to me too much.

Master Warcraft does sound weird, but these could be coming from translated cards and the like. Maybe it's something like "Superior Tactics" and it doesn't survive the translation out of English and back.
I'm joining the group that is skeptical. Nothing jumps off of the page as something you'd remember from being involved in the card production process.
I would also expect Radiance to be templated like this:
Target creature gains haste until end of turn.
Radiance (reminder text).
Just like Storm in Scourge.
These cards are just so completely boring, I don't want them to be real. The only good Limited cards are "Master Warcraft" and "Halcyon Glaze," the rest are useless. And what's a Glaze anyway? Is there a sticky film on something that turns into a flier when a creature comes into play? That makes less sense than the 5/5 Flying Llama.
