Actually, if you read this thread, you'll see that a Salvation member (VinnyB) came up with an incredibly abusive way to use the card already. If you can feed it it's a three turn win.
Thats assuming the opponent won't be able to give it to you as often, which isn't exactly a safe bet...

I could see this work well with blue. They dump it on you,thinking they're home free...then all of a sudden,POW! You play a meager Reach Through Mists .

This means you play this and ANY sorcery or instant, beacuse when they resolve...where do they go? Oh yeah into the graveyard from your hand (or i guess the stack) either way that coutns as ANYWHERE.
This card is actually not as situational as you think. Probably a very high pick in Draft for sure.
About the card, omfg. And it´s an uncommon to boot (making it pretty harmless to grab 4 copies and work on it, even if it doesn´t work out in the end). The ability is nifty, the damage is SAVAGE. It´s simply begging to be broken. Although I´m not sure if it will, I´m definitely going to try.
Is there any Instant/Sorcery that returns an Enchantment from the graveyard to play? If there is you could play it while it's in your graveyard. The Instant's/Sorcery's effect puts it into play and then goes to the graveyard...
Just goes at the end of your opponent's post combat main phase (right before the EOT) for Instants...

This seems to be a nice card. I woudln't mind owning 4 of it but I wouldn't play it. It Seems to risky to me. Also It's better then yesterday Epic Spell. But This is card that is going to be fun to brake.

This block has severeal cards with long names, so I'm used to that.
As for Measure, I don't see myself playing this at all. Not in limited. Not in contructed. This belongs in a deck that's full of instant and/or sorcery cards. Sorceries to give it to your opponent. Instants to keep it there.

run this in a milling deck... Millstone, Mesmeric Orb... could be really painful. but i which it dealt dammage rather than life loss. at least you can skirt around dammage with COP's and such...

Cool art, interesting ability. Very much a johnny card, i can see alot of people trying to break this card. Personally though i don't think its going to be all that playable, its too unreliable for limited and too slow/weak for constructed. On the plus side though 8 life for 3B is pretty good.
I must say Cube Drafting is Fun. Since its mostly the only drafting i do.

Easiest... combo... ever!
If they were to do it in their turn, it wouldn't matter. They would do it before the trigger and then it will wait until your EOT.
In your turn, you can just combat it with whatever you were going to use to move in their turn.
I need a playset of these.

Not difficult, it´s just lame.
Still, it fits the card. The card is very wicked. But this sounds a LOT like a playtesting name to me.

You can try Second Sunrise if you want. Cleansing Meditation and Replenish can work as well, I guess.

That wouldn't work. You discard a card, they get Measure. Then their land is destroyed, you get Measure back.
