Here is my list of bugs (reproducible) with this patch.
Using the MWSBase:
loading into Deck Edit mode crashes the program instantly. Library view works fine, and I can edit decks/put in RTR cards and start solitaire games.
Using netdraft:
Loading a deck saved with netDraft kills MWS immediately. This does NOT happen with drafting older sets for some reason, e.g. I can draft Urza's block and save as .dec, then open in MWS with no problem (save the warning message that it's an apprentice file), so it's some problem specific to RTR. Not sure if it's on the netDraft side or the MWS side though (guessing MWS).
Some people have said that you can work around this issue by starting a game with a different deck, then clicking "load deck" and picking the one you want. However, when I do so I'm not allowed to pick any file types other than .mwDeck, so I'm not sure what to do.
Doom/Memnarch> Here are the errors I've found. I didn't edit the txt file, I just recorded the errors and changed the data in my own masterbase.
Obviously I cannot guarantee that I found every single error. But I went through each of the cards and checked the name, mana cost, power/toughness, rarity, and card text. I did NOT check creature types, flavor text, or artist.
I checked the cards by looking at how they showed up in MWS. I didn't look at the text file directly. So there are some entries with technical errors like %%X instead of %X that don't affect how the card appears. I didn't comment on these. There were quite a few instances of double %% where not needed, but I didn't check since they don't affect how the card is displayed. I don't know how or why they appeared, but it's not a big deal.
There are a few cards with unconfirmed rarity - Codex Shredder and Volatile Rig. Thread discussions suggest that they are Uncommon and Rare respectively, but this isn't confirmed. We'll have to double check when they're officially spoiled/the set is released.
Some versions of MWS allow Mythic Rares, but most don't. Generally, mythics should be entered as rares. I pointed out where you had mythics listed as mythics rather than rares. Most of them were already entered as rares. You could make two separate versions, but I think it's better just to put them all as normal rares.
I noticed one of you (Doom or Memnarch) fixed a lot of things that were incorrect in the MTGS text spoiler. Nice!
And now, here is the list of all the errors I spotted, regardless of how trivial they might be:
Soul Tithe - Should be %X/X not %%X/%X
Sphere of Safety - Should be %X/X not %%X/%X
Conjured Currency - Should be "nor control" not "or control"
Doorkeeper - Should be X/X not %X/%X
Bloodfray Giant - Extra sentence about Chaos Imps
Splatter Thug - Should be "Unleash" not "Undying"
Street Spasm - Should be "X damage" not "%X damage"
Utvara Hellkite - Should be Rare
Axebane Guardian - Should be X/X not %X/%X
Chorus of Might - "And gains trample" should be at the end of the sentence
Death's Presence - Should be X/X not %X/%X
Gatecreeper Vine - Should be "into your hand" not "in your hand"
Mana Bloom - Should be X not %X
Slime Molding - Should be X/X not %X/%X
Urban Burgeoning - Should be Common
Wild Beastmaster - Should be X not %X
Archon of the Triumvirate - Should be "your" not "yoour"
Armada Wurm - Should be Rare
Epic Experiment - Should be X/X not %X/%X
Firemind's Foresight - Should be 3, not %3
Heroes' Reunion - Should be "Target player gains" not "You gain"
Korozda Guildmage - Should be X/X not %X/%X
Rakdos's Return - Should be X/X not %X/%X
Risen Sanctuary - Should be Uncommon
Sphinx's Revelation - Should be X/X not %X/%X
Cryptborn Horror - Should be X/X not %X/%X
Deathrite Shaman - Should be 1/2 (thanks LowFr3eq!)
Codex Shredder - Should be "his or her" not "their". "Sacrifice" should be capitalized. Should be Uncommon, at least until confirmed
Hope that helps! I would upload my own txt but I am not the chosen one.

Rig is confirmed rare. It was added to the WoTC spoiler last night.
ok this is what i get i added them to the mws using the txt file and i build my deck now it says cards not found in data base wtf i see them in the data base ive save the data base and its not loading them or let me play with the rtr cards
Yeah I am having issues as well. I can get the RTR cards to show up in my library just fine but when I try to put them in a deck it just comes up at the backside of a card in the image.
ok i built the deck i saved the cards to mwbase file i see the cards now when i go to load the deck i built says cards not found in base when im stareing at them so i went to tools analyze set and it says theres no cards in it so i was like hum i checked m13 and it shows cards do you all know how i fix this or can i get a base file with rtr on it i can get from u all?
I'm having problems with this patch. After completing the patch and exiting MWS, I'm unable to restart MWS, it keeps crashing at the last part.
Edit: Okay I somehow managed to get it to start, but even then MWS is still very unstable. It still crashes everytime I try adding multiple cards involving an RTR card on either/both sides.
The mwBase I put up here has all the corrections from this post as well as fixing the mana cost on Sundering Growth.
Seems more stable, but just some minor gripes about the hybrid mana - e.g. the mana cost of Nivmagus Elemental shows up as two distinct U and R mana symbols instead of the UR hybrid mana symbol.
Just let me know and I'll work on fixing it. Are there other occurrences?
EDIT: Ah, I see what you mean. My MWS doesn't show up the other codes as hybrid mana for some reason so I actually prefer (U/R) over I, say. Once the official spoilers come out and we get an official, clean mwBase this'll all be for moot anyway, so I'm going to avoid fixing any of these hybrid manas.
1.- At this time, the Patch still Chrashes on Deck Edit Mode, but not on classic mode.
2.- If you have the crashing MWS, you have to delete the new Master.mwBase, then paste on the MWS folder the "old" Master.mwBase you copy as a backup (remember they told you to do that on the instructions?). That's all you need to do to have again a functional MWS without RTR.
3.- Better to wait for a stable patch or Master.mwBase file as there are very great people working on that as you read this.
4.- You can always do the following if you are one of those that can't wait:
How i fixed my MWS to not crash.
1) Download the newest "mtg_gamepack" - and run it (clearing out the unworking RTR patch).
2) load up mws, load one of the jank decks change the view etc all in preparation of loading the new patch
3) open the new patch and remove flavor text/artist. I did the first 100 or so. Could be less whichever.
4) load the patch.
5) test all the decks that didnt work, now they suddenly work.
Coincidence? Something in the flavor text/artist bug mws? Or just too much (to me) meaningless text to deal with? I'm not sure. I'm guessing it was just too much text for MWS.
It only started crashing (for me) when the latest patch came out that added the last 10 cards or so. So by removing text from the file perhaps it unburdened its self - no clue.
i added patch and did the proper saving before and after patch by clicking in library then saving, but when I load a deck after I restart MWS it says "File structure is invalid. Load cancelled. If you try load OLD deck bases(from MWS 0.63): Use convert utility: old2newCONVETER.exe. first" Please help! I can't play with RTR because of this and I have to reload a mws.base from online and I can't simply remove the added set to return MWS to working condition.

All other threads being locked so this can be the only patch, and one that subsequently crashes MWS? I'm just saying...
You know what? Nevermind thanks for all the yrs of patches, hopefully this gets fixed soon, sorry for the negativity.
Re-dit: I fixed it myself, again Memnarch thanks for all your hard work bro.

This error is present in both MWS Base and the netdraft patch that's been floating around.
