Completely hilarious video. I love it! I especially love how you feel entitled to receive step by step training on a program like this. The kicker was how you stated that the entire community claiming to use the program is lying until proved otherwise to you. Guilty, until proven innocent.
That being said, your video inspired me to see how easy it would be to discover the answer simply using the interface. I did no research of any type and was able to add custom cards to the deck within 5 mins of installing the program.
After you compile the set, you must take another step before adding the cards to the deck: Open the library.
Click File -> Open Libraries
Choose the library (aka set) you compiled previously
Click Open
Add cards to your deck.

Then it shouldn't be allowed to be posted if the morons who created it cannot explain how it works. it's that simple...people who create something are the ones responsible for explaining it...I'm really sick of morons such as yoruself who hide behind the phrase "It's Free" or you feel you're entitled like it's going to change anything. Well guess what I am entitled and if people don't want to read people pissing and moaning on a forum about it, too bad.
Who the hell are you to tell me I have to do research on my own for what is supposed to be being explained. Are you kidding me! You and anyone else thinks that if I am going to go searching for answers that should be being left with the program are completely out of your minds...I'm not taking the time to go looking for anything, if a program doesn't have step by step instructions, then deal with the complaints...the real problem is the laziness of the people not putting instructions for things they themselves make or know how to do then try and force others to go find the information they themselves should be leaving.
The kicker was how you stated that the entire community claiming to use the program is lying until proved otherwise to you. Guilty, until proven innocent.
It is still impossible to add custom created cards to a deck. So yes I am going to call anyone that says they did this a liar because it doesn't work and my video shows that...I'm still getting that error message about how compiled cards need to be compiled before adding them.
They have been compiled and it still says only compile cards can be dded. this means a total dev screw up and a broken function.
These instructions in your reply above are exactly what I have shown and decribed in the video:
Click File -> Open Libraries
Choose the library (aka set) you compiled previously
Click Open
Add cards to your deck.

I don't think you understand the effort that people go through to create these programs, and then release their work on the internet for free. Yes, it is a problem if people don't have sufficient documentation to use their program, but this is not the case.
People are trying to help you in their free time, and all you have is a poor attitude to show for it. By no means are you entitled to use any of this software - it is a privilege. If you don't want to spend 15-20 minutes setting up software that should be rather straightforward, you should not come to the forum and call us "lazy liars".
It is okay to have trouble setting up software. We understand not everyone is an expert with computers. It is not okay to demean those who are. Your attitude isn't just in this thread, it's everywhere: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?p=6751592 . Again, you don't need to use any of this software - it is merely a privilege.
As for your issue - you did not follow these instructions:
Click File -> Open Libraries
Choose the library (aka set) you compiled previously
Click Open
Add cards to your deck.
In the video you showed, after restarting Magic Workstation, you should be reopening the compiled library.
Actually lutz he or she did follow the instructions.
According to the instructions for doing this in MWS, that's exactly what he did in the video.
Let me shed some light on the subject. The problem with this whole issue in general, is that people who are saying the tc did not follow instructions already understand how to do this so they are overlooking one small detail that is leading into this whole mess.
I will post the link to the topic in here when it's done:
He never does this. When does he click "File->Open Libraries"?
They have been compiled and it still says only compile cards can be dded. this means a total dev screw up and a broken function.

This is incorrect. You did NOT follow the steps in your video. You must OPEN THE LIBRARY BEFORE YOU CAN USE IT.
Think of any programs you use. Let's take a simple one, like Microsoft Word. Open Microsoft Word by double-clicking on its icon. Do you see the document you typed yesterday? Of course not, choose File -> Open and then select your file. MWS is no different.
Ok...I am a person who has been using MSE for years. When you download the program, it's placed into your start menu (under 'all programs'), and I just launch it from there. That is how it has been since I downloaded it the first time, and how it goes whenever I download the program's updates. I've never had any of the problems that you stated in your video. And trust me, I am no computer expert, but it really is that simple.

Haha. That is the HQ card Generator for making proxies. It doesn't have a GUI.
You open the bat files with a command prompt and then drag and drop csv or txt files into them to generate them.
