Those cards are missing 'cause they are actually missing in the text spoiler from the gatherer, or they are wierdly recorded in the spoiler text. This will be fixed in the next release.

Awesome tool, I've been using it the last couple days. One idea I had is to have the export remember the last folder that was exported to. As the import tool I'm using into my DB can only support me going one set at a time.
Also, if only exporting just one set, if it could automatically change the default file name of the xml file to that of the set being exported.
With the CSV splitter as ;, fields containing ; aren't being correctly encapsulated. In the text box, the ; is turned into a :, which is a seriously wrong problem. In the "Rulings" field, which I keep saying not to download but gets downloaded anyway, it's not changed at all, and sends everything out of order. :/

May you give me more details ? You can download everything, or only ID, Name and Number... I don't really understand what you're trying to describe.

I thought the Options tab let you select which additional information you didn't want to download - if not, please treat it as a suggestion for later. I have no use for foreign names or rulings. If so, that "get some but not all of the information" selection isn't working.

This is a great application. Thanks for all of your hard work. I would love it if this application had the option of choosing a language and the output database would be entirely in that language. For example let's say I choose French. I download all of the information for New Phyrexia and the data for the fields: Name, Set, Type etc. are all in French.

Magiccards.info may provide some fields (name, ability, type etc) in a foreign language, but unfortunately, many sets are missing. This is mainly the case for old sets like Tempest. (http://magiccards.info/tp/fr/76.html for example) ... I will add foreign databases, as soon as I find a comprehensive database in foreign language, which is also not the case from the WotC gatherer.

I don't really feel like Gatherer Extractor being open-source for the moment, I'd like to keep my coding almost my own. I know you may feel like coding & adding some plug-ins to the software.... But don't worry, I do want the software to be free.
People may help to contribute to the project by :
1/ tracking bugs, reporting bugs
2/ suggesting improvements, new features etc.
3/ testing intensively. I have almost no "official" beta-testers. the more the software is tested, the more "bug-less" it is supposed to be.
4/ offer translation for the .lang files, so that Gatherer Extractor may be available in foreign languages. I can only perform it in English & French with my personal experience. My German & Japanese, even if I used to learn them at school, are too poor for clean translations. I thank again rpgmem for the Brazilian Portuguese translation, and dotsa83 for the Russian translation. German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese & Dutch translations would be very welcome!
5/ making donations. Even if I'm coding the software for the MtG Community, some donations have of course an important boost effect on my motivation. I thank again Nath_147 & TerryM. for their kind donations.

To get correctly fullscans in MWS, you need to save all the pictures as cardname.full.jpg in the correct subfolder (whose name MUST be the set code for MWS) in the Pics folder.
Default parameters in Gatherer Extractor are set for Magic Workstation. The only thing you have to do is to choose the Magic Workstation pics folder path in Scan Options. Then you may download scans and the program will generate all the fullscan pictures in the correct subfolder of the MagicWorkstation pics folder, as the following format : Name.full.jpg

WotC gatherer server has low response time. I can't do anthing about it.
