If you are talking about what I think you are talking about you can only redeem one per account so even if you put in two codes you will only get 1 ticket. Also they do expire but they all expire at once so you won't be left with 1.

To be clear, when I talk about multiple codes, I mean codes from different pre-releases. For example, one code each from Guilds, Allegience and War.
So they expire even if you enter them in on Arena?

Yes they expire, off the top of my head the Allegiance one expires July 1st
Any idea where I can find this information? I searched online and only found information about the code card itself but nothing about after redemption for the ticket.

I can't seem to find it either, but it should be on the Fineprint of the Code or maybe somewhere near that, not sure.
Pre-Release and other unique codes (like the Twitch prime Boros deck) are single-use, so they can be redeemed only once and only by one account.
Set-specific and similar promotional codes (that usually have a descriptive name instead of a random Letter/Number Combination, like 'PlayWarSpark' for the current set) are redeemeable once per account but without a limit on total uses.
Limited promotional codes that have been given out by streamers can be redeemed by multiple accounts, but either up to a limit, or just for a set time frame - not completely sure on these, since I very rarely watch streams (and I think they don't do this kind of promotion too often).

Have you used any of them yet? They gave codes to different types of events. The Guilds code gave you a sealed event ticket, the Allegiance code gave you a competitive draft: Ravnica Allegiance event ticket and the War code gave you a competitive draft: War of the Spark event ticket. Not all of those event types are available right now, so if you haven't used the code you'd have to wait until the event type comes up again to see if you still have the ticket available.
As to whether or not the tickets ever expire, you probably have to ask someone at Wizards that question.

I thought I had 2 codes entered from prior pre-release boxes but it says I’m down to one. Pretty sure I didn’t use it.
I also might not have entered yet. I’ll have to rifle through my code cards and see. But the question remains, do the tickets expire?

To be clear...
What I am asking about is after you enter the code into Arena and receive the ticket. Does the ticket expire?
