I don't think so, I believe every booster pack you get means the card pool for that sets booster is smaller so really every pack you open you have a better chance of getting the card you are looking for. There isn't any player-to-player trading on Duels, so there is no reason to have more than 4 copies since you can use those same 4 copies in multiple decks at the same time.

I'm fairly confident I will think of something to say. Active Player: 1994-1999, 2016-
You won't get more copies of a card than you can play in a deck, and once you have a player you won't open that card again. Thats 4 of a common, 3 of an uncommon, 2 of a rare, or 1 mythic. The pre-release press streamers that spent money to buy boosters confirmed it
I can also verify this, as I getting close to a complete set of Origins, as I got closer, the max buyout got smaller and smaller. Not to mention I can no longer buy any Origin packs once I did get every card of every amount.
