Here's an interesting question, if anyone is ready for it: will Emrakul gain enough smarts to track down Nahiri? To put it like this, Emrakul first saw Nahiri when she imprisoned her in the Hedron Network, but what if Emrakul wants to get revenge on Nahiri for imprisoning her in the Hedrons? I mean, who would not like to be bound for several thousand years? So my speculation is that Emrakul will eat out the mana in the Moon on Innistrad and try to break it, but will leave Innistrad alone and try to trace down Zendikar, and in hopes of finding Nahiri. We have to remember, Emrakul is a relevantly intelligent Eldrazi, and she is, as I have said in one Forum, a massive Brain floating around. If Emrakul can take control of your mind and make your cells in your body form a new transformation, everything beyond science, even to where Ugin cannot understand, then she is a VERY intelligent Eldrazi. If she has that intelligence, she might be capable of tracking down Nahiri and ending her before she imprisons her again. Emrakul knows what happens around her, unlike Ulamog and Kozilek (who only understands slightly) have no damn idea what to do but go to a mana source and feed off of it. I bet, if Ugin were to rip open Emrakuls anatomy, he would no hell of a clue what is even in there, for it is a complicated form of Bio-engineering that a creature can form up, plus Emrakuls power to defy Physics is going to extremely confuse Ugin, plus you have a limited amount of time to work with her body before it disapears, if I am saying it right. Let me know what you think.
The Eldrazi might not even be sentient as we understand the term. They're too... big for regular minds to comprehend their motives. When Jace saw Emeria on Innistrad prior to the sealing of Emrakul, that was his (highly learned and magically potent, but mortal) mind trying to put Emrakul into a framework he could understand. We don't know if it was even real (as real as visions can be) or a hallucination.
From a narrative standpoint, you have to think that Emrakul just willing itself out of the Silver Moon would make the entire SoI storyline pointless, and even then, Eldrazi Titans have way bigger/more unfathomable concerns than petty revenge on one mortal.
Good point. Emrakul is probably thinking of her next meal on mana and, like I may have said, will try to track the biggest source of mana in the Multiverse to feed off it, like Zendikar.
About the Emrakul thing, I really don't know, but, based on her "conversation" with Jace, she doesn't seems like a vindictive being.
About the present whereabouts of Nahiri, it seems very likely to me that she went off chasing Ugin in search for explanations - like she did with Sorin - or, alternatively, back to Zendikar, where her storyline will entwine with Nissa's.

The issue with this is simply that Emrakul sealed herself into the moon. Without her taking over Tamiyo, the Gatewatch would have failed to contain her. She obviously has thoughts/plans/desires/a purpose far greater than "MMMM. Eat planes. Tasty." If that were her goal she would simply have devoured Innistrad and moved on.
There has to be a "reason" she sealed herself beyond eating the moon. If that were her intention then the moon is a part of the plane and she could simply have eaten the whole plane moon and all.
The (possibly retconned) indications are that the Eldrazi aren't mindless devourers of mana, but that they serve as some sort of multiversal "recycling" mechanism.

Maybe that's why Bolas angled to have them released in the first place. The energy of the planes they consumes has to go somewhere and Bolas looks to harness that much the way Urza did with Serra's realm collapsing
