A friend of mine brought this up so I want to put it out there...
What if, after Bolas is defeated, he is banished into the BE (Blind Eternities) and is corrupted. A few years from now, Bolas cimes back as an Eldrazi and destroys some *****. Just a random speculation, feel free to weigh in.
Why would corruption necessitate that Bolas becomes an Eldrazi? I don't think that's the way Eldrazi are formed.
From the Wiki: "The Eldrazi are an ancient race native to the Blind Eternities that have neither physical form nor color alignment. Their nature is ceaseless hunger, so they travel between planes devouring the mana and life energy until the plane’s destruction."
Additionally, they seem to have a greater purpose in the multiverse; basically, as that of plane recyclers, returning aether to the Blind Eternities (likely as a means of circumventing some sort of entropic force upon the known multiverse).
Bolas does not seem to fit any of these categories, so I'm not sure why you think this is something that could happen.

Emrakul's influence on Innistrad turned lots of mortal beings into Eldrazi... but they're not really Eldrazi properly as we'd understand them on Zendikar and certainly not like we'd encounter them in the Blind Eternities. Those unfortunate Innistradis were Eldrazi hybrids, which can be thought of as individuals with part of their bodily matter turned into the substance of the Eldrazi or as hosts for parasitic Eldrazi, as the case may be. With Emrakul sealed in the Silver Moon, she's not going to be doing any of that to anyone anytime soon, and Bolas is most likely orders of magnitude too powerful for it to happen to him anyway, just as, say, he couldn't be compleated (ignoring his active planeswalker spark).
Just being in, traveling through, or even being entrapped by the Blind Eternities doesn't open you up to any kind of "corruption". Madness and death, yes, but most of the Nine Titans, their entire generation, and all previous generations of planeswalkers were amoral eccentrics at worst - and the "oldwalkers" spent a lot of their immortal lives in planar travel.
Bolas couldn't be imprisoned in the Blind Eternities because he would just disintegrate if he was there for longer than the time it takes to planeswalk, just like any other living being. And even if he somehow could survive there indefinitely without being pulled apart by cosmic energies, there's no reason to assume that he would suddenly become an Eldrazi.
