I'm calling it (and I said this months ago): they're going to trap Emrakul in Innistrad's Moon. In the last article, "Emrakul Rises", Jace leaves to fetch the Gatewatch, and asks Tamiyo if she'll be there when he returns. She responds: "We will all be where we must be." What's her specialty? Moons.
I bet the Gatewatch, with help from Liliana, find some way to transport Emmy into the silver cheese in the sky.
Or they will introduce something that will destroy her just what Bolas wanted. With her gone, the fabric of the multiverse is in a tizzy again giving him the chance to change the rules of the multiverse back to what it was before the mending. Of course worlds will be destroyed if his plan comes into fruition and because of it, we will have a big fight between 2 groups of planeswalkers for and against it.
Well, the title of the set Eldritch Moon sort of already implies that Emrakul will be imprisoned, and maybe to some extent keep spreading horrors and more abominations through it's presence in the moon.
Liliana and her zombies will be the main catalyst. Her and her zombies have no mind to corrupt, thus making her the perfect distraction while everyone else figures out how the hell they're gonna seal Emrakul away. She corrupts things with a mind and presence. She could corrupt the moon even.

"The essence of every world, every spell and every thought is power. Nothing else matters, because nothing else exists."
Dunno that would work, Emrakul now tramples, as opposed to Ulamog, who couldn't pay attention to anything else because he didn't trample, so Gideon chump-blocked him, Kozilek would have simply slipped past Gideon because no one else was there to help him block the Eldrazi ('cause Kozilek 2.0 has Menace)
I guess Ugin will most likely planeswalk along the rest of the Gatewatch to Innistrad, but by the time they arrive, Sorin and Nahiri have fought and the vampire will have killed her, so it won't be possible to trap Emrakul on Zendikar again, thus Sorin will end paying his long string of stupid decisions by having Emrakul being locked in the Silver Moon (aka Mega-Helvault) where she should remain for some years before some idiot tries to break her free.
It's clear that Bolas wants the Eldrazi destroyed, but my opinion is that he's doing it because they would be eventually a threat to him (same with Phyrexia) and has the Gatewatch and others do the dirty work because he can't destroy them himself and is most likely unable to even damage them, neo-walkers can barely stand against him anyway, not even Garruk in his serial killer present state would be able to do much against Bolas.
The other antagonists that would be dangerous to Bolas would be any extra-planar being whose mind couldn't be affected by his powers, Bolas might be an elder dragon, but he still is one individual, when he fought against Ugin, he managed to win because he manipulated Ugin's dragons against him, otherwise the Tarkir dragons would have gone all zergling rush on Bolas. Ob Nixilis seems to be exceptionally strong against mind magic, even Jace using the full extent of his powers in OGW couldn't incapacitate the demon by himself, so he's another candidate for being a rival to Bolas's power.

Sorin and Nahiri have fought and the vampire will have killed her.
I don't think Sorin is able to kill Nahiri. Nahiri already bested Sorin in combat and the only reason he was able to seal her in the Helvault was because Avacyn showed up. In fact the fact she got sealed kind of proves he can't beat her. As Avacyn once said, "that which cannot be destroyed must be bound." Let's not forget Nahiri was powerful enough to summon Emrakul on her own and not be corrupted by Emrakul. She's incredibly powerful. Nahiri would have defeated both Avacyn and Sorin if not for the Helvault. Besides I think that's bad writing. The Gatewatch needs long term villains besides Ob Nixilis. Nahiri would be an amazing enemy of the Gatewatch. I actually hope Nahiri kills Sorin but I don't think that will happen either. Sorin is a ***** head and he deserves to die.

Sorin was weakened from making Avacyn at the time, this was made pretty explicitly clear with his point of view story. That was also pre-Mending.
It seesm like the multiverse is a game of chess between Ugin and Nikol Bolas, where Eldrazies are the key players. If Ugin looses his 3 aces Nikol Bolas will be left with the upper hand.

I have dyslexia, no I am not going to spell check for you, yes you have to live with the horrors of it.
I've always been more under the impression Bolas maybe wants to fatten the eldrazi up on some planes for himself to somehow munch on as a means of regaining his godlike status.
It would make sense, but honestly, I'm hoping Emrakul just up and wanders off. I think it would be a mistake for all 3 Eldrazi to die, and I rather like Innistrad too, so I don't want them to ruin it for the future.
Sorin and Nahiri have fought and the vampire will have killed her.
I don't think Sorin is able to kill Nahiri. Nahiri already bested Sorin in combat and the only reason he was able to seal her in the Helvault was because Avacyn showed up. Sorin was weakened from making Avacyn at the time, this was made pretty explicitly clear with his point of view story. That was also pre-Mending.
From a story writing standpoint it is extremely anti-climactic if Sorin kills Nahiri. Sorin has made a ton of bad decisions and he is so arrogant he is unwilling to admit that he has. Nahiri wrecking Innistrad with Emrakul and then defeating Sorin in combat would be an opportunity for character growth for Sorin and the repercussions of Nahiri defeating Sorin are far more interesting than if Sorin just iced Nahiri. I don't think Nahiri will kill Sorin though because she wants to cause him pain, she wants him to watch Innistrad burn to the ground. The only way I could see Nahiri straight up try to kill Sorin is if the Gatewatch is able to deal with Emrakul completely in Eldritch Moon. I think Sorin is powerful, I don't think he is more powerful than Nahiri at this point. He was weakened permanently from creating Avacyn, thats why he can't make another.
I'll argue the other point though. While it would be more interesting if Nahiri defeated Sorin, there also at this moment, isn't an outlet for Nahiri in the storyline. She could be repurposed as an enemy of the Gatewatch. However, Nahiri isn't evil, she's just angry. The Gatewatch saved Zendikar which Nahiri would be happy about so its hard to envision her strictly as their enemy. Perhaps she could be a character that sometimes helps the Gatewatch and sometimes works against them. That would be an extremely cool dynamic. I could see Nahiri being upset with the Gatewatch if Sorin becomes a Gatewatch ally (which actually makes a lot of sense since he wants to protect Innistrad from extra-planar threats). The Gatewatch will undoubtedly see Nahiri as a threat though. This could be an avenue for her to remain in the story. She could become an enemy of the Gatewatch not because she doesn't like them on her own end, but because they see her as a threat for summoning an Eldrazi to a plane.
Nahiri, after spending so much time in the Helvault, is definitely evil. You don't sacrifice millions of lives for just being "angry". Some pieces of this story will be left unsolved; without Sorin, Nahiri has no motivation as an antagonist. They'll save Innistrad and find some way to subdue or destroy Emmy, but Nahiri's arc will be left unresolved, I bet.
Alternately, she merely considers herself above humans, a shepherd to the sheep. Her flock was eaten by wolves, she blames her neighbor Sorin for not helping her, and she's going to wreak vengeance on his own livestock.
"But how can a mortal be righteous before God? 3 Though one wished to dispute with him, he could not answer him one time out of a thousand. 4...19 If it is a matter of strength, he is mighty! And if it is a matter of justice, who will summon him?" (Job 9)
Nahiri and Sorin consider themselves to be far above their mortal pawns. They may show affection towards some, for a time, but ultimately they're incomprehensible for those who haven't existed for thousands of years and wielded power inmeasurable.
As for Emrakul: Hoping he eats the plane. Innistrad would be a loss, it's the best plane ever, but it'd be IMO a much more satisfying ending than another Gatewatch Plot Armor improbable victory.

Emrakul and her new Titans get into it with some pesky Planeswalkers, figure they might have a better time elsewhere and leave. Emrakul, Brisela, and Hanweir off to eat other planes another day!
