well when you look at the hand and campare too.......
excellent work wizards you just leaked who won the race before we even got to start the story. either vraska wins the race or she steals it from Chandra/Nissa, in other words she's getting her spark back
To be fair, I think Magic should go away from trying to avoid spoilers and simply treat their stories the way historical movies are done. You KNOW the Titanic is going to sink at the end, but that doesn't mean it's a boring movie.

I need the story of how Vraska got out of Duskmourn now.

Maybe Vraska but it could also be one of teams, one of them is zombies and since we are back on Amonkhet that likely means mummies. That said I could see Jace/ Vraska trying to get her the fake-spark for whatever their plans are.

In general I agree with this though I think some stories do benefit from the ending being a twist/shock (Tamiyos compleation for example hit so much harder with none of us knowing it was gonna happen or who the killer of Murder as Karlov Manor was).

Actually the MKM killer reveal they actually messed up on that they revealed that on the priemiere stream and some people got upset because they would have rather read it

Because the whole story was advertised as murder mystery where the reveal at the end is part of the experience.
And as I said, this kind of approach is exactly backwards to how Magic should approach its stories.

The story that reveled who the killer was, was released a few hours before the priemiere stream and the issue was not many people got a chance to read the story before hand.

it still ticked off people when they read the word version that was more interesting reveal than the stream
Okay I updated the summary and put in spoilers for length. The dragonstorm arc is over and I wanted to give my thoughts on it separate and as a whole, apart from my thoughts on Tarkir.
-Biggest thought and negative is the connecting tissues wasn't strong enough. While we have the dragon scene in Duskmoun it still feels discounted and I can't help but feel maybe a rough dragon in Duskmourn could have been a factor in the story with how the character could have escaped. And while we had a dragon show up in Aetherdrifts story we didn't see it show up in the cards. I really felt like this could have set up more of the danger the dragonstorms where being. I will give each set in cards and story did show Jace being around trying to get to Tarkir but I think that could have been made a bit more clear without being too spoiler partially as a return to Tarkir was known so it wouldn't be need to be shock for us the readers. But overall the Omenpath/Kellan arcs worked a lot better to have each set have its own stand alone story while building up to a climax.
This is a shame since I do think something like this would be a good way to connect sets in storyline together in a different way than what we saw with following a main character (like the gatewatch or kellan) if properly shown better like how we saw with the praetors in the phyrexia arc.
-My biggest postive I'll say is I begrudging like the desparking now letting us have sets with many of the planeswalker characters finally getting storylines or featured more. Ral was finally seen off plane, we got actually canon storylines with Aminatou and Basri, Daretti Narset and Niko got a bit more story and we got to check up on a lot of the main and supporting lead characters like Chandra, the Kamigawa duo, Tyvar, Ajani and Elspeth. We even got Yangling a little crumb of story with her legends bio in Aetherdrift.
-Out of the non-walkers/desparked walker, I liked the Bloomburrow party, Winter is a little **** I love to hate, Loot was given a bit of character that showed he kinda is just a little guy.
-I really think Bloomburrow and Duskmourn are really cool new planes. Bloomburrow is on track to be in the top 5-7 most popular planes already (and thats me low balling it a bit) and Duskmourn might not be everyones cup of tea but I think its a really neat world from a worldbuilding look. Valgavoth also has the potential to be a major villain and seems to be popular enough and works in a way that can be used without needing to have full returns to the plane. And kinda new plane glad to see more of Muraganda.
-I do like Jace (well I hate him but in a good way) with how he has become a villain. It really feels right in his character that he would want to fix things and the trauma over the phyrexia arc would drive him to do it in this. And sadly as cycles of abuse happen I can't help but agree with some who pointed that Jace became Alhammarret in many ways in how he treated Loot. We will see how (im guessing) Spirit!Human Jace comes into play but it was sad to see Jace become a tragic hero in the way he did.

We’re still in the dark of the metronome arc is called
but Hopefully edge of eternity will unmask it, though with what Jace wanted to do which and the spirit form is probably gonna do, is a second time spiral/mending type of thing (alternate realities), and the war of the spark 3 set (2 was March of the machines) is the fight to get everything back to the way it was.
Oh bloomburrow is already in the top 20 most popualr planes of all time the very first rabiah rating and Bloomburrow is a 2 that’s where zendikar is right now
thats the trophy for the race right?
