Vraska (the planeswalker gorgon from Ravnica) and Jace fell in love during the Ixalan block story (the only well-done part of an otherwise poor story). Then Jace had to erase all of her memory of him to prevent Nicol Bolas from finding out about their plan to stop him on Ravnica. It was pretty tragic. Until he restores her memory, she'll have no recollection of their relationship.
Visara is a completely different gorgon from the old Onslaught block storyline, who lived on Dominaria and wasn't a planeswalker.
Yes, mistake with thread title I was tired from work when posting yesterday.

Oh, I see. Hopefully, Bolas does not find out that Vraska has fake memories.
So far he's been fooled. Jace had lost him memories after fighting on Amonkhet and regained them Ixlana along with the teaching he had in a oyuht which he had forgotten. So when he sealed Vraksas memories he did in a way that as long as Bolas didn't dig deep into they be fine. Bolas, in his aggrogence and not knowing that a telapeth at Jaces new level was around, bought Vraska false memories.
And it would insteresting if Liliana would ever find out about this.. would be a love triangle if that happens. ^___^
Indeed, she has seen a hint at it since now with all his memories before him Jace realizes how toxic him and Liliana are and doesn't seem to want to continue...what ever they had.

In my sad opinion, if Liliana dies I think I will hold a party and if Liliana ends up with Jace I will write a 'very!' rude letter to the writer.
Well, book spoilers if you're interested:
Neither of those things happen. Liliana lives, after she turns on Bolas and Gideon sacrifices himself to save her when Bolas voids her contract. Jace and Vraska appear to get together from what spoilers of the book I've found. (They share a kiss, at the least.)
My only gripe, which is one I've heard at least a few others share, is how Vraska gets her memories back.
If a telepath of Bolas's level couldn't see passed the false memories that Jace planted, why could a random, no-name Golgari telepath? Not to mention it ruins what was lead to be another key moment in the WAR story, Vraska turning on Bolas and reuniting with Jace. The later happens a little, but a story point that could have been a very moving and emotionally impactful moment was passed over.

So I guess you can go either way.
