Do players have a chance to respond to morbid? When a creature dies and I have Skirsdag High Priest and two other creatures can an opponent path my Priest before I can make a demon?
Once a creature dies, depending on who's turn it is and how the creature dies he may be able to path before you can activate, yet in this case you can respond to the path with the priest's ability.
He can only stop it if he responds to (if possible) what is going to make a creature die.
Note there are other rare ways to stop it (if they get priority first and use something with split second.
So lets say I activate Miren, The Moaning Well can he respond and path my Priest or can he not since the sac effect is in Miren's activation cost and not the effect? If it's on his turn, he cracks a fetch, gaining priority in response to Miren, and then casts path; in that scenario can I make a demon in response to path, can he respond to morbid coming online or is morbid checked on resolution or something?

Morbid is a state that is either true or not once something has died. If you activate Miren then as you said it is part of the cost and cannot be responded to. If you were to cast say Go for the Throat then they could respond. Once a creature has died though the ability acts like any other.
