Not sure on this one. Looked up Token Creature - Warrior and from the picture it looks like a human but the token/ability doesn't actually say human. Anyways the example involves both Xathrid Necromancer and a Mardu Strike Leader in play. The Strike Leader attacks and summons the Black Warrior Token. Lets say the Black token Warrior creature dies does it come back as a 2 2 zombie?

There are many different kinds of tokens. Just because one token says it's a human doesn't mean they're all humans. It only counts as a human if the spell or ability that made the token says it's a human. The token made by the Mardu Strike Leader is a Warrior - not a human. Since it's not a human, it will not cause Necromancer's ability to trigger when it dies.
