If I have a Nissa, Vastwood Seer and four lands in play, then play Nissa's Renewal to grab three lands and put them on to the battlefield, since they all enter the battlefield at the same time that I control only four lands would Nissa's intervening if clause trigger for her to transform? I want to say it would because of Scapeshift decks relying on the same kind of templating for Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle.
After the three lands have entered, we check to see if anything should trigger. You control seven or more lands, so Nissa's ability will trigger three times. The first will exile and return Nissa transformed, the other two triggers do nothing.

Scientists have calculated that the chance of anything so patently absurd actually existing are millions to one. But magicians have calculated that million-to-one chances crop up nine times out of ten.
