Im not a judge but I'm fairly certain that she will trigger and flip.
Wrong. She will trigger, but that trigger will end up having no effect, because the Liliana card that's now in the graveyard, which is a new object, cannot be exiled by the trigger. The trigger is only looking to exile and transform the Liliana permanent, an object which doesn't exist anymore.

Hmm interesting. I like her even less now. Glad I haven't bought one yet. I thought it would be kinda like Marchesa, the Black Rose or Teysa, Orzhov Scion where their abilaties do trigger and resolve via board wipe. I didn't realize it would require her to be on the field. Thanks for clerifying.
If you were to sacrifice the nontoken creature in responce her transform would resolve correct?

Sure, Liliana would be exiled and transformed before Wrath of God resolves. The zombie token she makes will die from the Wrath, though.
