I was playing in an FNM tonight and a situation came up.
My opponent had two Whisperwood Elementals out and at the end of his turn Manifested twice.
He then had 2 Whisperwood Elemental, 3 Manifests out. He pointed out to a spectator one of the manifests as if it was a really good card. I joked that I was going to Lightning strike that one during my turn. He kinda panicked and shuffled his manifests so I wouldn't know which was which.
Players are not allowed to change the arrangement of their face down cards with the intent to obscure which ones are which. Players are entitled to information about the identity of objects in public zones (using available identifying characteristics, such as "the one that was just manifested last turn" or "that one you just pointed to.")

Is what he did legal or not?
