So I'm not too familiar with Timestamps until recently, when I considered siding a Humility.
Is timestamps related to layers?
Are these scenarios correct?
Scenario:
1) Elspeth, Knight-Errant ults giving me an emblem. Humility comes into play. Creatures I control now are only 1/1, and not indestructible (due to new rule changes).
2) Humility is played. Elspeth, Knight-Errant ults. My creatures are now 1/1, but they are indeed still indestructible.
3) Humility is played. I activate my manland Creeping Tar Pit. Tar Pit is...1/1 but Unblockable?
3b) I activate manland Creeping Tar Pit. Then cast Humility. Tarp is now 1/1 vanilla because it lost Unblockable?
4) I have Humility in play. I play Magus of the Moon after. Magus...loses its effect yes? The flip side is true too isn't it? Magus played, then Humility. 1/1 no other effect? Only reason I'm asking about this one is because I heard someone mention that Magus gets around Humility, and that just seems suspect.
Reprints the one card that people point to when saying that art objectifies women.
Well done Wizards.
Liliana does not objectify women in any way at all. We have gotten to a point in our society that every single picture of a women must be objectifying a women in some negative way......blah blah blah.. That is not the case. (((Sarcasm)))Picture of a girl drinking a milk shake, must be sex related and putting women down, picture of girl sitting on a beach, picture of a girl driving a car, picture of a girl on the moon at a new space station.)))
You have a picture of an attractive strong power women who girls dress up as for anime conventions. What more do you want? The picture is fine, happy to see a reprint. Sick of of seeing people claim that everything in existence must be putting women down. Then all I have to do is replace the word "women" with anything else to get the same mentality; fish, cats, arabs, blacks, jews, men, environment, whites, chinese, old people, etc. It doesn't matter what word I put in. Stop sucking life out of everything man. That artwork of her is awesome. Stop putting stuff down man. Just stop. If the picture was really as negative as you claim she would totally nude, in a kitchen, making sandwiches and giving blow jobs. Her abilities would be horrible as well. +1 do nothing -2 do nothing -6 do nothing. Instead liliana of the veil is an amazing planeswalker comparable to jace, the mind sculpter with great art to appreciate.
My suggestion listen to some comedy radio for a while, pandora is free, youtube is free there is something out there for you. ***** go make fun of somebody. The whole world is so serious and campaigning for some cause, or someones rights, everything is a hate crime, racist, sexist. blah blah blah.
"O no mcdonalds must be slandering a hate crime against skinny people every time they make a big mac." hahaha jeeze You're just someone perpetuating another groups negative perspective that they've made you believe is correct. Look at the picture for a hour and tell me what's wrong with it? I don't see anything.
I have heard vague rumors of a moustache-dispensing vending machine in a distant laundromat, across the street from a tattoo parlor. However, this information is shaky, and time is of the essence.

1 and 2) Correct. The timing of the emblem and Humility is important and you've got it right here. You're also right that the recent rules change to indestructible changed this.
3a) No. You're applying newer timestamps in both layers 6 and 7b (ability removal and power/toughness setting) that will override Humility's effects until end of turn. So it'll be the regular 3/2 that can't be blocked.
3b) Correct. Humility will have the most recent timestamp in both relevant layers. Forgot that "can't be blocked" is still a rules change rather than an ability on the card. The ability that turns it into the creature sets the rule it can't be blocked, but that's not on the creature itself really. You'll have a 1/1 that can't be blocked.
4) The Magus's effect will continue to make non-basic lands into Mountains regardless of the timestamp of the Humility. The Magus creates an effect in layer 4 (type changing), and his ability isn't removed until layer 6, by which point he's already done his work.

3a) Not an issue, but to clarify for anyone who happen to browse some time in the future Tarp's a 3/2 unblockable, not a 4/2.
4) I'm not quite sure I get how that works. I mean, I think I do...but not really. Since his "turn to Mountains" ability is of higher precedence, it affects cards first, then Humility takes it away? So the boardstate will see it as a 1/1 creature with no effect, yet its static effect of changing stuff into mountains still applies?
In a sense, I can get behind that. Though, at the same time, the way I see it, a replacement effect such as Humility would be effectively the same as killing the Magus outright, due to how the boardstate would read it. Of course, I could be completely off-base...
Edit: I see...so...Unblockable isn't a keyword anymore? So it's kinda like the reverse with what happened with Indestructible?

Sometimes the layers lead to outcomes that are counter-intuitive.
Regardless, you always follow the order of the layers to determine the interaction of continuous effects, and within each layer look at timestamps (or dependencies).
First, Magus' ability applies and everything becomes Mountains, then Humility makes Magus a 1/1 with no abilities - but its effect still applies because it has already been applied.
It was never a keyword in the first place. It was always a property just like Indestructible.
Indestructible was "upgraded" to an ability, and to avoid confusion, unblockable was reworded to "can't be blocked", to make it clearer that it is not an ability.
Ah, ok. I'll keep it in mind.
Unblockable not being a keyword...that's new to me. Though, I never really thought about/cared about the importance between the two till now. GG Humility. Thanks guys.

Great example Warp thanks, that helps a lot understanding more the layers (this and reading the full paragraph of rules about it every time you need it lol).
My own rules when building a Commander deck:
1) Underrated general that I can build around but the deck must work without him/her too.
2) Every card must be legal in both banlists.
3) No infinite combo that could win (and ruin) instantly a multiplayer game.
4) Synergy at all costs; stay on theme, avoid goodstuff.

Is timestamps related to layers?
Are these scenarios correct?

Correct. Humility will have the most recent timestamp in both relevant layers.Forgot that "can't be blocked" is still a rules change rather than an ability on the card. The ability that turns it into the creature sets the rule it can't be blocked, but that's not on the creature itself really. You'll have a 1/1 that can't be blocked.4) The Magus's effect will continue to make non-basic lands into Mountains regardless of the timestamp of the Humility. The Magus creates an effect in layer 4 (type changing), and his ability isn't removed until layer 6, by which point he's already done his work.
Edited for correctness.

The P/T error was due to not having my glasses on and not sparing a closer look at Tar Pit.
I just plain blew the unblockable bit for 3b, but remembered on my own. Not before someone else got it right, though.
Also, unblockable was never a keyword. It just looked a lot like one, they just errata'ed it to make sure it was definitely not one.
