How does a +0/+1 counter interact with a -0/-1 counter? Dwarven Armorer and Lesser Werewolf make these. Does it work the same way as traditional +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters do? Or can i continue to stack rediculous counters on my permanents?
No, they don't remove each other. Only +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters cancel each other out. Not +2/+2 and 2 -1/-1 counters, not a -2/-2 counter and 2 +1/+1 counters, and not a +0/+1 and a -0/-1 counter.

704.5r If a permanent has both a +1/+1 counter and a -1/-1 counter on it, N +1/+1 and N -1/-1 counters are removed from it, where N is the smaller of the number of +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters on it.
Nowhere is there any mention of other counters canceling each other out.
