I use the unearth that sedris puts on the rune scarred demon to bring the demon out.
If i'm reading unearth correctly it says the creature, gains haste?
will these clone cards copy my "unearthed" rune-scarred demon's haste ability?
p.s. do they copy the unearth clause about being exiled if copying any unearthed creature the very turn it was unearthed?

No it won't. When you copy of a card, the copy will be an exact copy of what's on the card as modified by any copy effects. Having the creature gain haste is not part of a copy effect, so that won't be copied.
The copy of the creature would not be exiled either. The exiling ability (either the static ability for it leaving the battlefield or the delayed trigger exiling it) only applies to the creature that was unearthed.
in the case of evil twin does that explanation additionally mean any later clone of what ever evil twin is copying, will not gain the destroy ability that evil twin says it puts on it's copied creature?
ex. evil twin copies a birds of paradise, if i later clone the evil twin birds of paradise. my clone won't have the evil twin ability mode?

It will, as the destroy ability is part of the Twins copy ability.

so my question is, if i use the demon to search up clone, phyrexian metamorph, evil twin, phantasmal image etc.
