I am the archenemy facing four opponents. I control Luminarch Ascension. During my opponents' turn, I do not lose any life. During the end step, the Ascension triggers for each of my opponents, resulting in four quest counters. Is this accurate?
Correct. Luminarch Ascension triggers "at the beginning of each opponent's end step." If multiple opponents take a turn simultaneously, each of them is considered to have their own end step for the purpose of this trigger even though they happen at the same time.
The Gatherer rulings specify this for Two-Headed Giant, and there isn't a functional difference in how the shared turns work between these formats:
In a Two-Headed Giant game, Luminarch Ascension's first ability will trigger twice at the beginning of the opposing team's end step if you didn't lose life that turn. If both abilities resolve, it will get two quest counters.
