It'll enter the battlefield as a humble 1/1 with no abilities. At the end of the turn, it'll be exiled by the delayed triggered ability that was created by the resolution of the unearth ability.

Oh, you meant with the "exile at end of turn or if it would leave the battlefield?" Nothing changes that. The unearth trigger sets up a delayed ability and a replacement effect, nothing about Humility will change this.

Back in my day, Wrath of God didn't kill Black Knight and that's the way we liked it. We also had to pay mana for our 1/1s. Kids and your Memnites. Get off my lawn!
Actually guys, I think it has haste. While it loses its printed haste, the Unearth ability makes it gain an other instance of haste after making it enter the battlefield. This gaining of the haste ability has a later timestamp than the "remove all abilities" of Humility in layer 6.
702.81a Unearth is an activated ability that functions while the card is in a graveyard. “Unearth [cost]” means “[Cost]: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step. If it would leave the battlefield, exile it instead of putting it anywhere else. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery.”
613.1f Layer 6: Ability-adding and ability-removing effects are applied.
EDIT : Why do I answer my own question ? I (think) I knew the answer (might still be wrong, but prove it), but I posted here because I wanted a second opinion from other rules gurus to present to an opponent that would argue with me on this. I'm playing Burn with the Hellspark Elemental in a Legacy tournament tomorrow.

Yes, it does gain haste. Your reasoning is correct. I overlooked that unearth's resolution grants haste, and your question of "what happens to the Elemental" was diffuse enough that it didn't occur to me to think about whether the Elemental should have any abilities.
Next time, if you want a better answer, ask a better question.

It is true I could have been more precise, but I thought this thread might have had a better value in an argument if I just asked a more vague question without all the reasoning and rules to answer myself, and let others explain the whole thing. I should certainly have asked "Does it have haste", though. Thanks a lot anyway.
