If I cast pyroclasm, and for argument sake, my opponent has a Runeclaw Bear and a Grizzly Bears in play, and they cast harms way, chosing the pyroclasm. how does the game figure out which creature pyro damages first?
^Actually, his opponent is the controller of the affected permanents, so his opponent will get to choose which 2 damage to redirect. This will allow them to save both bears if they so wish.

DCI Level 2 Judge
If your question is "What would a judge do is this situation?", only one person's answer is relevant, and that is the Head Judge at your event. I can quote the rules, but I don't know your HJ.

I dont believe he would be able to save both bears. The wording of harm's way reads "The next 2 damage that a source of your choice would deal to you or a permanent you control this turn is dealt to target creature or player instead." the referance is singular for permanent.
Would he be able to split the damage prevented?
