Do I need to target a creature to play this spell?
If I have 2 Planar Chaos and a Chance Encounter
and then I play a spell and it is countered from the first planar chaos, do I get to flip for the 2nd planar chaos?
Can I chose to win flips from cards like Mana Clash because I win the flip if we continue flipping.:D
yeah - obviously I disagree with you, John. Spam Warning!.....Amazing - even in a forum where posts don't count, there's spam. That proves that getting rid of the post-count won't help getting rid of spam! Thans for this excellent example! - Craven

Fiery Gambit has the word "target" in it, and therefore requires that you actually have a target when you play the spell. If there is no legal target, you can't play the spell.

Each Planar Chaos has a triggered ability that triggers when a player plays a spell. When each instance of that ability resolves, that player flips a coin. Since you control two Planar Chaosii (Chaoses?), then you'll be flipping two coins in total (one each time) for the spell you played.

Players do not win flips with Mana Clash. It only matters whether it comes up heads or tails. That's what determines how you continue resolving Mana Clash.
