Okay I have Volrath's shapeshifter in play along with survival of the fittest iridescent angel is the top card of my graveyard
I attack with shapeshifter (angel) and put damage on the stack
I now tap a land and discard phage the untouchable
so 4 damage is on the stack coming from phage
my opponents swords my shapeshifter (phage) does my opponent still lose? I say yes because last known information about the shapeshifter is that it was a Phage the Untouchable
Asking people to remove quotes in their signatures is tyranny! If I can't say something just because someone's feelings are hurt then no one would ever be able to say anything! Political correctness is stupid.
I don't think so. Phage's ability is a triggered ability, meaning it has to be present when the trigger occurs. Since it was removed from the game before the triggering event occured it doesn't trigger. I could be wrong though. Anyone have a second opinion?
In what universe? If you build a deck like that, and ever draw that hand, I will personally come to wherever you live, perform complicated acts of awestruck ********, then disembowel myself to escape the world that allowed something like to to occur and validate you.
