How do these two cards interact? If I sacrifice multiple lands to Forbidden Ritual, will The Gitrog Monster trigger one draw or multiple draws? I'm confused because the wording of Forbidden Ritual seems like each sacrifice happens at different time instances, so the Gitrog Monster will see each land enter the GY separately instead of all of them at once. Thanks!
When you follow the instructions of "this process", you go through it in order. It can't happen simultaneously. Choosing to repeat this process happens after you do the things in that process, and going back to the start. So, the permanent is sacrificed, and then the target makes an unfortunate choice. Then you go back and sacrifice another permanent. Sacrificing the permanents in this way happen at different times, so if they become land cards in your graveyard, the Gitrog Monster triggers once for each of them.
