So i need rulling on this
If i use Kaya, Intangible Slayer -3 ability on a token creature . Do i get a copy of it becouse kaya ability is seperated in 2 paragraphs .
-3:
1st text line;
"Exile target creature or enchantment."
(This is first text line . After that token doesent exist no more not in play or in exile.)
2nd text line:
"If it wasn't an Aura, create a token that's a copy of it, exept it's a 1/1 Spirit creature with flying in addition to its other types."
Now this creates a token thats a copy of it . But token creature doesent exist no more . So do i get a copy of it or no.
I mean if it was all in 1 text line i would be 100% that i get a copy of it. But its not, its divided by a dot. Since its seperated in 2 seperated actions . Each must be done seperatly . So when 2nd line resolves can it create a copy of somthing that dont exist ?
Well logic would say i dont get a token when i kill somenes token creature .
What do u guys think ? And why?

The game uses Last Known Information to tell if the permanent was an Aura or not. If it wasn't an Aura when it was last on the battlefield, you get a Spirit.
It makes no difference that it's two separate sentences. It's still only one activated ability.
Note, that tokens in a zone other than the battlefield cease to exist as a state based action. Those are not checked during the resolution of a spell or ability. Meaning, that token very much still exists in exile while Kaya's ability continues to resolve. Only after the ability has fully resolved will the game check state based actions and clean up that token in exile. But as stated above, Last Known Information of the permanent on the battlefield will be used for the token copy, regardless of where the original ended up, or how it looks there, or if it exists anywhere at all.
