Lets say I have Avarice Totem and Nantuko Vigilante face down I was going to destroy the totem with Nantuko and in respond I use its ability to exchange control with another permanent my opponent has. I suggest it will be destoy before my opponent have control of it. My friends says my opponent will have priority in one moment or another when all abilities resolves. Its it that way???

If you exchange control of the Totem in response to the Vigilante's triggered ability that would destroy it, the opponent who gets the totem indeed has the opportunity to pay 5 mana and activate it before it gets destroyed. Each spell and ability on the stack resolves separately and all players get priority in between, giving them the opportunity to put something else on top of the stack before the next thing in line resolves. Furthermore, if you activate the Totem first, and destroy it in response to its ability, the Totem's ability won't do anything, because for a control exchange to happen, both permanents to be exchanged must still be on the battlefield and in the control of appropriate players. If the opponent you give the Totem to has 5 open mana, you can't use the Vigilante to stop them from exchanging another permanent for the Totem *unless* you wait for them to proactively use the Totem and then destroy it in response to the activation (or wait until they do something else with their mana).
I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
Thanks for the explanation, we were all discussing about it, stack its something very complicated but now I understand we can put spells and abilities on the stack when its resolving. Thank you for all
