Your question has no clear answer under the comprehensive rules. Indeed, as to whether cards "put into a graveyard" are put on top of that graveyard by default, compare C.R. 404.1 (graveyard) with C.R. 405.2 (stack), and see also this thread, relating to the library.
In any case, although there are cards that care about the order of cards in a graveyard, the number of cards in that category is small. And in practice, in an unsanctioned casual game, if the players in the game agree to forbid such cards from appearing in the game, then the game would not be affected by players reordering their graveyards.

I play Lotus Vale from my graveyard.
I don't have two untapped lands sacrificed. So Lotus Vale goes to my graveyard from my graveyard.
My question is: Would Lotus Vale becomes a new object in my graveyard? Would it move to the top of my graveyard?
I know answer is yes if I exile some card in exile, rule 406.7.
