A guy in MTGO just successfully targeted my Plains with Pyroblast
No modifiers, abilities, or spells were used to make the Plains card blue. Painter's Servant was not down.

Basic Lands are colorless, right?
Pyroblast's second mode can target any "permanent", not just a blue permanent (compare Pyroblast with Red Elemental Blast) (C.R. 115.1a), but when Pyroblast resolves with that mode, the permanent will be destroyed only if it's blue.
