Playing powercube last night, opponent has a Moat in play and I build the infinite combo with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Deceiver Exarch.
Since deceiver can´t attack due the moat... what happens next?
Have a nice one.

You have to end the loop at some point, either by targeting a different permanent you control to untap (lots of Exarchs around), or by targeting a permanent your opponent controls to tap. And since your hasty creature tokens can't attack you simply have to pass combat and sacrifice them all in your end step, one by one (that's a lot of triggers).
