Double Masters 2022 rules say "A major difference, however, is that at the start of each booster pack, players choose two cards instead of one." Do you follow this rule if you put a double masters pack in with Lore Seeker?
The Magic: The Gathering Tournament Rules (which apply to sanctioned tournaments) have the Booster Draft exception that if the "Booster Draft consists ofDouble Masters draft boosters, players choose two cards for their first pick from each draft booster" (M.T.R. 7.7). For purposes of that exception, a Booster Draft which includes booster packs other than Double Masters (including one that contains a Lore Seeker card) does not "consis[t] of Double Masters draft boosters". (I understand "A consists of B" to mean "A is made up of B and nothing else". If that is not what is meant in the Magic: The Gathering Tournament Rules, then "consists of" is a poor choice of words.)
