If I target Myriad Construct with Kaya's Ghostform, and sacrifice it, does it return to the battlefield, or does it's sacrifice trigger resolve before Kaya's and it stays in the graveyard?

It's the latter. The sacrifice trigger goes on top of the stack above Kaya's Ghostform and resolves first. The Consctruct is not enchanted yet when it dies, so it stays in the graveyard, and the Ghostform goes there too, fizzling upon resolution for lack of a legal target.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
The sacrifice trigger goes off when the Contruct becomes a target of a spell. Your aura spell targets it, the trigger goes off and goes on top of your aura spell. Eventually the sac trigger resolves and the Constreuct goes to the graveyard. Later the aura spell would resolve, but has lost all its targets, so it doesn't, and goes from the stack to the graveyard, too.
In general, if Myriad Construct is sacrificed due to its last ability, because Kaya's Ghostform targeted Myriad Construct, Kaya's Ghostform will have an illegal target and fail to resolve because its only target is illegal (C.R. 608.2b).
