I have a couple of questions around the mechanics of Act of Treason
One is around if I can use this card in combination with Goblin Bombardment and sacrifice my opponents creature that I have control of?
The next question is whether or not I can use Act of Treason or any other similar card such as Claim the firstborn and untap and tap a card multiple times.
Take the following scenario, I have Conspicuous Snoop on the battlefield (not suffering from summoning sickness) and I have Krenko, Mob Boss on the top of my library.

Yes. That's one of the more popular ways to abuse temporary steal cards like Act of Treason.
The next question is whether or not I can use Act of Treason or any other similar card such as Claim the firstborn and untap and tap a card multiple times.
Each such cards untaps once, but yes, you can tap a creature, use such a spell on it to untap, then tap it again. And so on, as long as you have the cards and mana to spend.

I use the ability of Conspicuous Snoop and tap for 1 Goblin token card, play Claim the firstborn, untap Conspicuous Snoop, tap it again and get 2x Goblin token card, play Act of Treason to untap Conspicuous Snoop and tap it one more time for another 4x Goblin token card.
I am probably missing something, but is this all okay to do?
