I have a board full of 1 toughness creatures. My opponent plays Night Clubber. I respond with instant speed Cabaretti Charm to buff my board. My opponent ends his turn. Do my creatures first lose the buff of Cabaretti Charm or the debuff of Night Clubber?
Neither. All "until end of turn" effects (together with all "this turn" effects) end at the same time, namely during the cleanup step just after the active player discards cards to their maximum hand size (C.R. 514.2, 514.1). Thus, if a creature got +1/+1 until end of turn and -1/-1 until end of turn, both effects will end simultaneously at that time.
They wear off at the same time, there's no ordering to it. Its the same reason a creature with a pump effect doesn't die from damage when the pump effect wears off.
514. Cleanup Step 514.2. Second, the following actions happen simultaneously: all damage marked on permanents (including phased-out permanents) is removed and all “until end of turn” and “this turn” effects end. This turn-based action doesn’t use the stack.
